Abstract
The thermal-acoustic generator consists of a stack of plates (4) which have a central region (5) and four ears (6) with holes (7). The plates are separated by chocks (8) which have orifices corresponding to the holes. The stack is immersed in a bath of liquid sodium or saline solution and the ears are used for the passage of heat carrying fluids to establish a transverse heat flow and acoustic waves Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) An energy convertor which uses the thermal-acoustic generator and piezo-electric equipment to produce electrical energy 2) A space reactor which uses the energy convertor (3) An electrical generator for a vehicle which uses the energy convertor
