Abstract

A structured surfactant composition capable of suspending solids comprises a surfactant, water and, optionally, electrolyte in proportions adapted to form a flocculated, dispersed lamellar and/or spherulitic structured surfactant system, and, in addition, sufficient of a deflocculant to inhibit the flocculation of the system wherein the deflocculant is a water soluble carbohydrate such as sucrose or a hydrophilic derivative of a carbohydrate such as alginate.

Claims (9)

1 REIVINDICAÇÕES 1.
