Preferably, the strip consists of an elastic fabric, in particular a mixture of polyamide and elasthane fibre and the gel is a viscoelastic silicon gel, optionally covered with a protective film (4). The strip and the gel are advantageously washable and capable of absorbing an aromatic substance or a perfumed liquid.
