Abstract
A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO REFERE-SE À UTILIZAÇÃO ALOGÉNICA DE UM MATERIAL DE ORIGEM FETAL DESCELULARIZADO DO NÚCLEO PULPOSO (NP) PARA A REGENERAÇÃO DO DISCO INTERVERTEBRAL (DIV) DE UM HOSPEDEIRO. EM PARTICULAR, A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO REFERE-SE A UM BIOMATERIAL OBTIDO DE UM NP DESCELULARIZADO DE UM FETO VERTEBRADO E CARACTERIZADO POR COMPREENDER ALTOS NÍVEIS DE COLAGÉNIO DOS TIPOS 12 E 14, E A UMA COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA PARA SER USADA NO TRATAMENTO DE DEGENERAÇÃO DO DIV. A INVENÇÃO BASEIA-SE NA CAPACIDADE AUMENTADA DO DITO BIOMATERIAL FETAL DESCELULARIZADO PARA ESTIMULAR A EXPRESSÃO DE COLAGÉNIO TIPO 2 E AGRECANO PELAS CÉLULAS CONSTITUINTES DO HOSPEDEIRO, PROMOVENDO A REGENERAÇÃO INTRÍNSECA DO DIV. A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO REFERE-SE AINDA AOS MÉTODOS PARA PREPARAR UM MODO DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO INJETÁVEL DAS REFERIDAS COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS DE BIOMATERIAL FETAL DESCELULARIZADO, NA FORMA DE MICROFRAGMENTOS E HIDROGEL. O USO DO MATERIAL, DA COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA E DOS MÉTODOS DA PRESENTE INVENÇÃO PODEM SER VANTAJOSAMENTE UTILIZADOS PARA O TRATAMENTO DA DEGENERAÇÃO DO DIV E DORES NAS COSTAS.THE PRESENT INVENTION CONCERNS THE ALLOGENIC USE OF A PULPUS NUCLEUS (NP) FETAL ORIGIN MATERIAL FOR THE REGENERATION OF A HOST'S INTERVERTEBRAL DISK (DIV). IN PARTICULAR, THE PRESENT INVENTION CONCERNS A BIOMATERIAL OBTAINED FROM A DECELLULARIZED NP OF A VERTEBRATE FETUS AND CHARACTERIZED BY COMPRISING HIGH LEVELS OF COLLAGEN OF TYPES 12 AND 14, AND A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION TO BE USED IN THE TREATMENT OF DIV DEGENERATION. THE INVENTION IS BASED ON THE INCREASED CAPACITY OF SUCH DECELLULARIZED FETAL BIOMATERIAL TO STIMULATE THE EXPRESSION OF COLLAGEN TYPE 2 AND AGRECAN BY THE CONSTITUENT CELLS OF THE HOST, PROMOTING THE INTRINSIC REGENERATION OF THE DIV. THE PRESENT INVENTION FURTHER RELATES TO METHODS FOR PREPARING A METHOD OF INJECTABLE ADMINISTRATION OF SUCH PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS OF DECELLULARIZED FETAL BIOMATERIAL, IN THE FORM OF MICROFRAGMENTS AND HYDROGEL. USE OF THE MATERIAL, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AND METHODS OF THE PRESENT INVENTION MAY BE USED TO ADVANTAGEOUSLY FOR THE TREATMENT OF DIV DEGENERATION AND BACK PAIN.
