THE PRESENT INVENTION CONCERNS A MULTILAYER MODULE (1), FOR USE OUTSIDE OR INSIDE A BUILDING, COMPRISING 3 LAYERS, A FIRST LAYER (2) RELATING TO A LINING (3) ON THE UPPER SIDE OF A MULTILAYER MODULE SECTION (4), A SECOND LAYER (5) REGARDING THE MULTILAYER MODULE SECTION (4) AND A THIRD LAYER (6) REGARDING A BUFFERING BASE (7) OF THE MULTILAYER MODULE SECTION (4), IN WHICH EACH OF THE REFERENCES 3 LAYERS ARE RESPECTIVELY STACKED SEQUENTIALLY; THE MULTILAYER MODULE SECTION (4) HAS MALE SPAKES (8) AND FEMALE CAVITIES (9) FOR INSERTION AND FITTING OF THE MALE SPIKES (8), WHICH MAINTAIN A CLEARANCE BETWEEN BOTH FOR BUFFERING, ALSO CONTRIBUTING TO RAPID MAINTENANCE OR REPLACEMENT OF MODULAR FLOORING. MULTILAYER MODULE, MODULAR FLOORING AND ITS USE

SCOPE OF THE INVENTION multilayer module described in the present invention relates to a multilayer module, which is fitted laterally and sequentially by means of spikes and cavities, in other similar multilayer modules, forming the same a modular floor that can be used temporarily or permanently in the interior or exterior of a building.

Each of the multi-layer modules comprises 3 layers, namely a coating, a multi-layer module section and a damping base.

The aforementioned layers are properly stacked, sequentially one on top of the subsequent respective layer.

TECHNICAL STATUS

The air gap of the multilayer module section, and the respective wood covering thereof, which same wood can also be additionally covered with a vinyl underlayer, will give technical and functional characteristics to the present multilayer module that are not known in the state of the art.

In the present invention, the sub-base or the section of the multi-layer module is made of polymeric material, for example polypropylene, but in modular floors known from the prior art, this same sub-base is made of plywood, which is used in the vast majority of applications degrade and rot. - a shape equal to the area of the underside of the section of the multilayer module (4);

- a shape similar to an X.

20. Multilayer module (1), according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the damping base (7) is incorporated in the underside of the section of the multilayer module (4) and comprises:

rectangles that are uniformly arranged and equidistant from one another on the underside of the multilayer module section (4);

- 5 interior or exterior, comprising multiple cavities on the underside and a flat surface on the upper side.

Multilayer module (1) according to any one of claims 6 to 12, characterized in that the flat corrugated rubber element (17) comprises:

- a flat top side; and an underside including protrusions and concavities arranged evenly and uniformly along its entire length on the underside of the damping base (7).

Multilayer module (1), according to any one of claims 8 to 13, characterized in that the solid rubber base (21) comprises a hole with a circular shape that is arranged evenly and uniformly along its entire length.

A multilayer module (1) according to claim 7, characterized in that the thickened vertical damping inserts (20) are fixed evenly on the underside of the section of the multilayer module (4).

16. Multilayer module (1) according to any one of claims 7 to 15, characterized in that

- 4 - a flat corrugated rubber element (17);

- a flat foam element (18);

- a flat foam agglomerate element (19).

7. Multilayer module (1), according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the damping base (7) comprises a set of vertical damping inserts (20) on the underside of the section of the multilayer module (4) and which are arranged evenly and evenly along their entire length.

A multilayer module (1), according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that the coating (3) comprises 2 sublayers that respectively include:

- a first sublayer including:

- a vinyl (14); or

- a linoleum (15); and

- a second sublayer selected within the group consisting of:

- a floating wood (10);

- a plywood board (11);

- a chipboard (12); or

- a solid wood (13) which are respectively fixed and stacked sequentially, the first sublayer being fixed on top of the second sublayer.

Multilayer module (1), according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coating (3) is fixed on the upper side of the section of the multilayer module (4).

Multilayer module (1), according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that each of the coatings (3) comprise respective paints, for example the paints that form part of the floors of sports fields.

6. Multilayer module (1), according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the damping base (7) comprises one or more of the following sublayers:

- a flat rubber element (16);

- 2 consecutive of the section of the multilayer module (4) ;

multiple recesses on the underside and a flat surface on the upper side; and in what

- the male spikes (8) of a section of the multi-layer module (4) when they are inserted and fitted into each of the respective female cavities (9) of another section of the multi-layer module (4) have a gap of 2 to 6 mm between both male spikes (8) and female cavities (9), for damping and maintenance of the modular floor consisting of a set of multilayer modules (1); wherein said clearance is defined as the clearance between the male spikes (8) of a section of the multi-layer module (4), when they are inserted and fitted into each of the respective female cavities (9) of another adjacent section of the module. multilayer (4); and wherein the male spikes (8) and the female cavities (9) are U-shaped.

2. Multilayer module (1), according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the section of the multilayer module (4) comprises:

at least 10, preferably between 10 to 40 male spikes (8); and at least 10, preferably between 10 to 40 female cavities (9).

Multilayer module (1), characterized in that each multilayer module (1), for use outside or inside a building, comprises the following 3 layers that respectively include: - a first layer (2) relating to a coating (3) on the upper side of a section of the multilayer module (4), wherein the coating (3) comprises at least one sublayer selected from one or more of the group consisting of floating wood (10), in plywood (11), in chipboard (12) and in solid wood (13); - a second layer (5) referring to the section of the multilayer module (4); and a third layer (6) relating to a damping base (7) of the multi-layer module section (4), wherein each of the aforementioned 3 layers are respectively stacked sequentially, wherein the first layer (2) is fixed by above the second layer (5) and where the second layer (5) is above the third layer (6), - the section of the multilayer module (4) comprises male spikes (8) for fitting, which are respectively horizontally arranged and fixed laterally on the edges of 2 consecutive sides of the section of the multilayer module (4); - female cavities (9) for insertion and fitting of the male spikes (8), which are respectively horizontally arranged and inserted laterally and inwardly from the edge of the other respective 2 sides
