Abstract
A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO ENQUADRA-SE NA ÁREA DA RECICLAGEM, MAIS ESPECIFICAMENTE DA RECICLAGEM DE BORRACHAS, TECIDOS, COUROS, SBR, TERMOPLÁSTICOS, POLIURETANO E BORRACHAS NITRILICAS, ORIUNDOS DE INDUSTRIAS COMO A DO CALÇADO, TÊXTIL, E AUTOMOVEL. É OBJECTO DA PRESENTE INVENÇÃO UM PROCESSO PARA RECICLAGEM DESTES PRODUTOS, UNITARIAMENTE OU COMO COMPOSTOS DE PRODUTOS. O PROCESSO COMPREENDE A TRITURAÇÃO DE PRODUTOS QUE CONTÊM AS COMBINAÇÕES DOS MATERIAIS OU DOS MATERIAIS RECICLÁVEIS; A DESVULCANIZAÇÃO DOS MATERIAIS; COMBINAÇÃO DE 50‐70% (P/P) DO MATERIAL OBTIDO, OU COMBINAÇÃO DE MATERIAIS, A SEREM RECICLADOS COM 30‐50% (P/P) DE BORRACHA REPROCESSADA (ECORUBBER, BORRACHA COMPOSTA EM 70% DE BORRACHA DESVULCANIZADA), OBTENDO-SE UMA MISTURA GRANULADA INTERMÉDIA A QUAL É HOMOGENEIZADA E FUNDIDA, OBTENDO‐SE UMA PASTA. ESTA PASTA É POSTERIORMENTE DELAMINADA E COMPRESSADA. PARA OBTENÇÃO DE UM MATERIAL RECICLADO, A PASTA OBTIDA É PRENSADA E VULCANIZADA COM OUTROS TIPOS DE MATERIAIS, ESCOLHIDOS DE ENTRE UM OU COMBINAÇÕES DOS SEGUINTES MATERIAIS: TECIDO, COURO, PELE NATURAL OU SINTÉTICA, FELPOS. ADICIONALMENTE, É TAMBÉM OBJETO DA PRESENTE INVENÇÃO UM PRODUTO QUE É OBTIDO ATRAVÉS DESTE PEDIDO DE PATENTE.
