The present invention relates to a MULTI-PURPOSE TECHNICAL SHELTER, suitable to be used outdoors, and to be accommodated in electrical, electronic, computer or telecommunications equipment.

In general, the various TECHNICAL SHELTERS of this type, commonly known and known as Shelters, that already exist and are on the market, in the commercialization or manufacturing phase, are TECHNICAL SHELTERS prepared only for use with a type of equipment or with a specific technical system; it follows that when the shelter is set up in a certain location and if it is intended to reconvert, change the system or give the shelter another technical purpose, the most common option is to replace the shelter with another, suitable for the new equipment.

The problems that arise when it is necessary to change or replace the equipment or the technical system, are inevitably solved with the total dismantling of the shelter and its replacement with another, previously suitable and prepared at the factory, an act that implies not only the damage the cost of the new shelter, but also the costs of transport and labor for its replacement, because these shelters are generally large and require special and specific transport.

After being removed or replaced due to inadequacy, they are unlikely to be reused again, their destination being scrap, whose real value is practically nil.

This new MULTI-PURPOSE TECHNICAL SHELTER (Figs 1.2 and 3), with Figure 3 being an enlargement of the cutout (1 in Fig. 2), solves the problem globally, because, all of its interior, equipped with technically studied spaces, with distribution optimized and versatile fixing equipment, allows the easy change of position of some parts inside, in such a way that these spaces, due to the way they were studied and implemented, are easily adaptable to all current equipment or systems known and in use in the market.

MULTIUSE TECHNICAL SHELTER that now presents itself, has mechanical structures suitable for the accommodation of electrical, electronic or telecommunications equipment, is especially suited for installation in external networks, which are subject to and exposed to the influences of environmental conditions (atmospheric agents, polluting agents, electrical discharges,

2/4 etc.), but it is also, specially designed to protect the equipment or systems installed inside, from unauthorized access.

This new MULTI-USE TECHNICAL SHELTER is designed to restrict access to equipment to unqualified people.

Any fastening element (of structures, roof, exterior panels and lock) are only accessed from inside the shelter, that is to say, that only by opening the main door it is possible to remove the roof, panels or open other doors, which not the main one.

MULTI-PURPOSE TECHNICAL SHELTER that now appears allows for convenient movement, disassembly or assembly access and easy change of positioning of shelves or partitions, in situations of installation of new technological systems, as well as in the repair or maintenance of equipment already installed there. .

This new TECHNICAL SHELTER MULTIUSOS presents, the ceiling and all the outside covered with several metallic panels (2 fig 1 and 3) easily removable by its interior; And, both the ceiling (5 fig 3) and the side panels (2 fig 1 and 3) and the doors (3 fig 2) have an air box (4 fig 3) with approximately 60 mm between the inner face and the outer face, both metallic, whose purpose is to control the influence of the outside temperature inside the shelter, and at the same time, to avoid moisture condensation inside the shelter. The ceiling (5 fig 3), in addition to the double wall with the air box, has a sub-roof (6 fig 3) to house the forced ventilation systems (7 fig 3) with (fans); inside the ceiling, a group of deflectors was also applied to retain condensation (11 fig 3).

The doors are equipped with anti-panic locks (9 fig 1) that can be easily opened from the inside (or another if the user wishes), with internal locks (10 fig 3) and door locking devices open, to prevent the doors from opening. closed by the wind, with the operators inside the shelter.

The entire structure of this new MULTI-USE TECHNICAL SHELTER rests or rests on a pedestal / base made of stainless steel, and the shelter is manufactured with robust extruded aluminum profiles joined with corners (8 fig 1) in stainless steel without the use of welds, only with the use of mechanical grips, activated by the interior of the shelter, thus allowing greater mechanical flexibility when altering, assembling or disassembling the entire set.

The doors and exterior panels are, on the sides, top and bottom, equipped with groups of blinds, which allow the renewal of the air inside the doors and panels by natural convection. Inside the shelter, air renewal is also achieved by natural air convection, between the blinds with filters in the panels on the lower interior and the holes in the side flaps of the ceiling; these mechanical elements, allow temperature control.

If necessary, air convection inside the shelter can be forced with the use of fans that are mounted on the sub-ceiling in the existing locations for the purpose (7 fig 3), as mentioned above.

The structure for fixing the base and the entire shelter has the necessary strength and rigidity to support the equipment to be installed.

This new MULTI-USE TECHNICAL SHELTER features on the doors and side panels, a seal mechanically applied at the factory, which guarantees the overall waterproofing of the shelter.

On the other hand, there are situations in which it is necessary to ensure that the equipment inside does not influence or be influenced, electrically, by radiated parasitic noises, which is why, in addition to the existing structure profiles, it is planned and will be, in such cases specific, a rubber is applied, woven with a tinned copper mesh, making this shelter a Faraday cage.

This new MULTI-PURPOSE TECHNICAL SHELTER has, in appropriate places, fixing accessories previously applied to the sub-ceiling, for the possibility of installing more powerful fans in the place, which will speed up the natural convection process, previously mentioned.

This new MULTIUSE TECHNICAL SHELTER is also prepared to receive, inside or outside, if necessary, one or more air conditioning units.

The placement of this new MULTI-USE TECHNICAL SHELTER on the pavement or on the terraces of buildings, will be carried out using a pedestal / base base in stainless steel, which, as previously mentioned, will have a surface equal to the total dimension of the base of the shelter , and already includes several points for the complete tightening and fixation of the shelter structure; innovation avoids corrosion of the base structure of this new MULTI-USE TECHNICAL SHELTER.
