ESTAS SÃO CARACTERIZADAS POR RAIO X (RX), FTIR (ESPECTROSCOPIA DE INFRAVERMELHO POR TRANSFORMADA DE FOUNIER) E TERMOGRAVIMETRIA (TVA). OS PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAR AS NOVAS FORMAS POLIMÓRFICAS E A SUA UTILIZAÇÃO EM COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICAS TAMBÉM SÃO APRESENTADOS. A FORMA IV E FORMA V SÃO PREPARADAS POR DISOLUÇÃO E/OU SUSPENSÃO DE MINOCICLINA BASE NUM SOLVENTE ORGÂNICO, SEGUIDA DE CRISTALIZAÇÃO.The present invention relates to new forms of crystalline-based minocycline. IN PARTICULAR, TWO CRYSTALLINE POLYMORPHIC FORMS ARE PRESENTED DESIGNED AS FORM IV AND FORM V OF MINOCYCLINE BASE. PROCESSES TO PREPARE NEW POLYMORPHIC FORMS AND THEIR USE IN PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION ARE ALSO PRESENTED.
