AS CONSTELAÇÕES SÃO DESENHADAS PARA MINIMIZAR A POTÊNCIA ELÉTRICA MÉDIA, POTÊNCIA ÓTICA MÉDIA E DE PICO, PARA UMA DETERMINADA DISTÂNCIA MÍNIMA ENTRE OS PONTOS DA CONSTELAÇÃO. THE CONSTELLATION DRAWING IS FORMULATED AS A PROBLEM OF NON-CONVEX OPTIMIZATION WITH SECOND ORDER CONE RESTRICTIONS, NON-CONVEX QUADRATIC RESTRICTIONS AND A CONVEX COST FUNCTION. IN THE METHOD HERE PROPOSED THIS PROBLEM MAY BE RELAXED TO A SECOND ORDER CONE CONNECTING PROGRAM (CONVEX) PROBLEM. A SIMPLE ITERATIVE METHOD IS INTRODUCED IN WHICH CONNECTION PROGRAM CONNECTION (CONVEXA) OF SECOND ORDER IS IMPROVED IN EACH ITERATION.
