Esta parte extensível fica totalmente recolhida dentro da estrutura da pala existente - pala mãe -não alterando em nada, quando na posição de repouso, a estética interior do habitáculo do veículo onde for incorporada (Fiqura 1). 3. Quando usada como prolongamento da "pala mãe", encostada ao vidro da janela, não destoa em nada do resto do veículo já que não só será revestida com os mesmos materiais daquela como o seu formato será idêntico (Figura 2). 4. Para que isto possa funcionar correctamente e tenha os resultados desejados foi necessário conceber uma forma de acondicionar adequadamente, no interior da pala tradicional, uma outra pala, mais fina, que funcionará como extensão daquela quando puxada para o exterior através de um mecanismo composto por corrediças (3), travão (2) e puxador (6). 5. 0 tamanho da extensão a usar poderá ser regulado de acordo com a dimensão do vidro que se deseja cobrir alterando o ponto de fixação do travão acoplado às corrediças (2 e 4). 6.
