Nowadays there is a greater amount of telephones in a telephone area, because there is a greater number of houses and also because the tendency is that all the houses have a telephone.

There was therefore a large increase of telephone lines in a telephone area, with no more numbers available in the series. A telephone number has six digits and reached the maximum number of 99 99 99, which forced two changes in the telephone system.

The US patent 5764741 goes after the keypad number, choosing which telephone company, for that particular call, answering the call distance, predictable call time, based on such a database, with the various costs of telephone companies and user call times.

It is intended with this invention to overcome the current state of the art. The telephone simplification system aims at the user not having to type the prefix of his own telephone ring. They also have the objective of not having to type prefixes of other telephone companies, or any other prefixes, to have cheaper prices, also attending the hours of the day.

Another objective is to have several telephone lines, not having to have several telephone sets, but only one, to automatically select which line is more convenient depending on the tariff given by the user and the time of day.

It is also another purpose, to remove the need to type a long prefix, when the key to a neighboring telephone area, replacing with a short prefix.

Yet another goal, is to maintain ease and speed in the use of the phone. The user does not have to waste time and get tired of thinking and deciding which of the prefixes to add, especially in successive calls. Should the prefix of arêa be added, or which one? telephone companies, or sta both, attending also Is hours of the day.

Another objective is the telephone simplification system to study the telephone number and to distinguish which or which of the situations presented above, falls within that number and know how to act accordingly in relation to all of them, whether they appear together or separately, in order to simple to use your phone.

It is assumed in the previous example that the callsign of the other telephone company is 050.

In certain regions there are two telephone lines, so use another telephone to use the other telephone line, which may have lower costs, for certain telephone calls, or at certain times of the day.

There are other special telephone numbers with ten digits. They are special services with the prefixes 0800 and 0641, etc.

In some regions, these telephone numbers may use another telephone company, provided that the company prefix is entered. The telephone change generates five different call situations, which must be distinguished by the telephone simplification system. The six different situations are.

Situation four where they are numbers with ten digits in which the first four digits are fixed as 0800, etc. varying from call to call the remaining six digits. Depending on the telephone system in each region and the evolution of it, there may be two situations.

For these numbers there will be a company to make the telephone connection and as such there is no need to add a prefix. Or there may come another company in competition and then be able to opt. Always keep the intention of a simple use of the phone.

To solve these six situations the telephone simplification system works as follows. The basic electronic schema of the telephone simplification system is in figure one. The telephone bookmark common to the device (1)

In the case of Portugal the regional codes always start with zero, in Spain always nine, as shown in table one. This situation is repeated for other countries.

In this example the two memories are separate, but may be together, but the type of operation is identical. The telephone simplification system, they have to analyze the telephone number and determine which of the six types of call is. For this it uses a logic of telephone number analysis, which is described in figure two.

So here the telephone simplification system allows for speed and ease of use of the phone.

Regarding this example there may still be two or more companies competing for local calls.

Within the same example, there is a telephone number with special features. These are the local telephone numbers, with six digits, but starting with nine, for example 97 51 24.

This number has no prefix, however, it starts with nine, so the logical analysis system would assume that it was a prefixed telephone number. If the logical analysis system with the counter (5) is to be counted, the number of digits must be counted. After having been typed six digits and waiting for some time, for example half a second, if it is not a keyboard plus any digit, then one can deduce that it is a local number.

In Portugal the number of information is 118.

In each country the numbers for information calls, etc., til telephone numbers very short, three-digit usually. 0 which forces you to wait for some time, to check if it was a keyboard or any other digit.

In figure two corresponds to items 10, 11, 12, 14, 17. In figure three corresponds to items 19, 20, 21, 28.

The telephone simplification system has to be adapted from country to country or possibly from region to region, to take care of the difference between each of the numbers of information, emergency, etc. The situation three is for calls to another telephone, said long distance and international calls and calls to mobile.

The prefixes to detect, which determine each type of call, are. For international calls, 00 prefix, 9 long-distance calls and for mobile calls, the specific prefixes for each telernovel company, such as 629, etc.

In case of countries where the telephone code does not start with the same digit, the memories (4) must have all the prefixes of the arêas.

For calls to a mobile phone, the situation is similar to international calls. Each mobile phone company has a prefix that identifies it. By typing one of these prefixes and after counting more than six digits, it is known that it is a mobile phone call. The prefix of a given mobile phone company is 936. Mt figure three, in item 23, when it is written " have 936 or others " means to detect in the first four digits of the telephone number the prefix 936 and all other mobile company prefixes.

In situation four are prefix phone calls such as 0800.

Here the logic analysis system 2 detects the special prefix 0800 in comparison with the memories 4, uses the digit counter 5 and detects more than six digits, adds a prefix of another telephone company, or still opts for another phone line.
