Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szprycha kola pojazdu konnego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w nowym ksztalcie szprychy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia szpryche w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym , a fig. 2 - szpryche w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym. Szprycha kola pojazdu konnego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt splaszczonej elipsy i jest wygieta lagodnym lukiem. W pierwszej z odmian, szprycha jest wygieta na swej mniejszej szerokosci tj. w plaszczyznie wyznaczonej osia mala elipsy. W drugiej z odmian, szprycha jest wygieta na swej wiekszej szerokosci tj. w plaszczyznie wyznaczonej osia wielka elipsy. The essence of the industrial design manifests itself in a new spoke shape. The object of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the spokes in the first variant in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 - the spokes in the second variant in a perspective view. According to the industrial design, the spokes of the wheel of a horse-drawn vehicle have the shape of a flattened ellipse in cross-section and it is bent with a gentle arch. In the first variant, the spoke is bent at its smaller width, i.e. in the plane determined by the small axis of the ellipse. In the second variant, the spoke is bent at its greater width, ie in the plane determined by the major axis of the ellipse.
