Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna orteza stawu kolanowego przeznaczona zwlaszcza do stosowania przy niestabilnosci stawu kolanowego, uszkodzeniach wiezadlowych. Orteze stawu kolanowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1 - 2, na których fig 1 przedstawia orteze w widoku z boku, zas fig 2 orteze w widoku z tylu. Orteza wedlug wzoru posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci dwóch szyn, stabilizujacych tylna czesc piszczeli i przednia czesc uda. Orteza posiada zawiasy z regulacja kata zgiecia i wyprostu; elastyczne podkladki i szlufki. Orteza zapinana jest na rzepy, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1 - 2. Orteza stawu kolanowego przedstawiona w widoku z boku na fig 1 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci szyny stabilizujacej w postaci stylizowanej litry „S", której pionowe elementy odpowiednio znajduja sie nad i pod kolanem, zas element pionowy - z boku nogi, przy czym na wysokosci kolana - w polowie wysokosci szyny orteza posiada zawiasy z regulacja kata zgiecia i wyprostu, zas symetrycznie - powyzej i ponizej tych zawiasów znajduja sie elastyczne podkladki, które zaczepione sa na szynie na elementach w postaci kólek. Orteza posiada korzystnie po trzy podkladki z tylu i z przodu, jak przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1. The knee brace shown in the side view in fig. 1 has the essential features of an industrial design in the form of a stylized "S" splint, the vertical elements of which are appropriately located above and below the knee, while the vertical element - on the side of the leg, while at the height of the knee - in the middle of the splint, the orthosis has hinges with adjustable angle of flexion and extension, while symmetrically - above and below these hinges, there are elastic pads that are hooked on the splint on elements in the form of wheels The orthosis preferably has three pads at the back and at the front, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The knee brace shown in the rear view in Fig. 2 has the essential features of an industrial design in the form of a stabilizing splint in the form of a stylized "S" liter, the rear vertical element of which is above the knee, and the vertical element - on the side of the leg, At the height of the knee - halfway up the splint, the orthosis has hinges with adjustable flexion and extension, and symmetrically - above and below these hinges, there are elastic pads, preferably two under the knee and one above the knee, as shown in the attached drawing, fig 2.
