Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do usuwania czesci metalowych z materialów sypkich zwlaszcza cementu i wapna przy ich transporcie pneumatycznym z cystern wagonów kolejowych lub samochodowych do silosów znajdujacych sie na budowach lub w zakladach prefabrykacji. Drobne czesci metalowe znajdujace sie w cemencie, wapnie, pozostalosc po przemiale klinkieru, wapna palonego, w zakladach prefabrykacji sa czestymi przyczynami awarii urzadzen: transportujacyeh, dozujacyeh surowce, przyczyna awarii luków rur transportowych nawet zwykladzina bazaltowa.W dotychczasowej praktyce usuwanie czesci metalowych ze zmielonych surowców przemyslu materialów budowlanych odbywa sie przy pomocy urzadzen wyposazonych w silne magnesy lub elektromagnesy, które „wychwytuja" czesci metalowe. Stosowane sa tez powszechnie do wyeliminowania czesci zbrylonych lub metalo¬ wych z materialów sproszkowanych sita wibracyjne lub potrzasalne.Oddzielenie materialów zbrylonych, czesci metalowych wedlug wynalazku odbywa sie na zasadzie róznych ciezarów nasypowych transportowanych materialów sypkich.Przedmiot wynalazku jest przedstawiony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku na którym fig.2 przedstawia przekrój wzdluzny urzadzenia wedlug wynalazku, zas fig.l -przykladowe usytuowanie urzadzenia pomiedzy cysterna kolejowa lub samochodowa, a silosem materialów sypkich.Transportowanie sproszkowanych materialów odbywa sie przy pomocy rury 1 przechodzacej przez zbior¬ nik cisnieniowy 2. Zbiornik cisnieniowy 2 sklada sie z dwóch czesci górnej i dolnej przedzielonych przegroda porowata 3.
