Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest futeral, przeznaczony dla telefonów komórkowych, który korzystnie wykonany jest ze skóry, imitacji skóry, albo z dowolnego miekkiego materialu, w tym na przyklad z tworzywa sztucznego, przy czym futeral wykonany byc moze w dowolny kolorze lub jego odcieniach albo w zestawach kolorów i ich odcieniach. Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w postaci fotografii, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok czolowy zamknietego futeralu, fig. 2 - widok tylnej scianki futeralu, a fig. 3 - widok czolowy otwartego futeralu. Cechy istotne futeralu telefonu komórkowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze futeral stanowi, otwarta od góry, bryle w ksztalcie zblizonym krawedziach, w którym w dolnych narozach wyciete sa niewielkie otwory w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata oraz w czesci srodkowej dolnejpowierzchni futeralu wyciety jest otwór takze o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, posiadajacy w czesci czolowej lekko wyoblone rogi, a tylna powierzchnia futeralu, przechodzi w czolowa przednia powierzchnie o lagodnie wyoblonych rogach, stanowiaca klapke zamykajaca futeral, która ozdobiona jest elementem w ksztalcie czworoboku, natomiast na tylnej sciance futeralu umieszczone sa dwa uchwyty zaczepowe, z których jeden jest w ksztalcie zblizonym do odwróconej litery U oraz zaopatrzony jest w górnej czesci w rozlaczne zapiecie, przy czym uchwyt ten okala sprezysty drugi uchwyt zaczepowy o ksztalcie czworoboku. W czolowej przedniej powierzchni, stanowiacej klapke zamykajaca futeral, pod jej powierzchnia zewnetrzna, przy wewnetrznej górnej krawedzi, znajduje sie zapiecie magnesowe, natomiast w czolowej powierzchni futeralu, w czesci srodkowej, pod jej powierzchnia zewnetrzna znajduje sie druga czesc zapiecia magnesowego.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a case for mobile phones, preferably made of leather, imitation leather, or any soft material, including plastic, wherein the case may be made in any color or shade thereof, or in combinations of colors and shades thereof. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in the form of a photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the closed case, Fig. 2 shows a view of the back wall of the case, and Fig. 3 shows a front view of the open case. The essential features of a mobile phone case according to the industrial design are that the case is a solid, open at the top, in a shape similar to the edges, in which in the lower corners there are small holes cut out in a shape similar to a rectangle, and in the central part of the lower surface of the case there is an opening also cut out in a shape similar to a rectangle, with slightly rounded corners in the front part, and the rear surface of the case passes into the front front surface with gently rounded corners, constituting a flap closing the case, which is decorated with an element in the shape of a quadrilateral, while on the rear wall of the case there are two hooks, one of which is in the shape similar to the inverted letter U and is provided with a detachable fastener in the upper part, and this hook surrounds the other elastic hook. In the front surface of the case, which is the flap closing the case, there is a magnetic clasp under its outer surface, at the inner upper edge, while in the front surface of the case, in the middle part, under its outer surface, there is the second part of the magnetic clasp.
