Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu, w szczególnosci konturów oraz ornamentacji etykiety. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia etykiete w widoku z przodu, fig.2- nastepna etykiete w widoku z przodu, a fig.3- etykiete z fig.2 w przykladowym zastosowaniu na butelce z piwem. Etykieta wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: zarys etykiety ma ksztalt szescioboku, który obejmuje trzy pary boków, z których dwa najkrótsze tworza symetryczne równolegle odcinki, a pozostale cztery boki maja zarysy lukowate, przy czym dwa dluzsze zarysy lukowate stanowiaczesci zarysu elipsy, a dwa krótsze zarysy lukowate stanowia czesci okregów o tym samym promieniu. Ponadto na jednym dluzszym lukowatym boku etykiety usytuowane jest male faliste wyciecie, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig.l. Nastepna etykieta wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: zarys etykiety ma ksztalt szescioboku, który obejmuje trzy pary boków, z których dwa najkrótsze tworza symetryczne równolegle odcinki, a pozostale cztery boki maja zarysy lukowate, przy czym dwa dluzsze zarysy lukowate stanowia czesci zarysu elipsy, a dwa krótsze zarysy lukowate stanowia czesci okregów o tym samym promieniu. Ponadto na jednym dluzszym lukowatym boku etykiety usytuowane jest male faliste wyciecie. W polu etykiety widoczna jest grafika obejmujaca pasy o róznej szerokosci polozone przy dluzszych lukowatych bokach etykiety oraz centralny obszar w polu, którego widoczne sa ozdobne napisy slowne oraz elementy graficzne stylizowane na maliny, wisnie, szyszki chmielu, liscie i klosy, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji fig.2 i fig.3.FIG.1 FIG.2FIG.3 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a label. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the features of its shape, particularly the contours and ornamentation of the label. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the label from the front, Fig. 2 the next label from the front, and Fig. 3 the label from Fig. 2 in an example application on a beer bottle. The label, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: the label's outline is a hexagon, which includes three pairs of sides, the two shortest of which form symmetrical parallel segments, and the remaining four sides have arc-shaped outlines, with the two longer arc-shaped outlines constituting parts of an ellipse, and the two shorter arc-shaped outlines constituting parts of circles with the same radius. In addition, a small wavy cutout is located on one of the longer, arc-shaped sides of the label, as shown in the accompanying illustration, Fig. 1. The next label, based on the industrial design, has the following significant features: the label's outline is a hexagon, which includes three pairs of sides, the two shortest of which form symmetrical parallel segments, and the remaining four sides have arc-shaped outlines, with the two longer arc-shaped outlines being parts of an ellipse, and the two shorter arc-shaped outlines being parts of circles with the same radius. In addition, a small wavy cutout is located on one of the longer, arc-shaped sides of the label.
