Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest laboratoryjna mi¬ kropipeta, zwlaszcza z tworzywa sztucznego, której ksztalt umozliwia z duza dokladnoscia i szybkoscia odmierzac plyny stosowane w róznego typu labo¬ ratoriach.Dotychczas do odmierzania plynów stosowano mikropipety i pipety przewaznie w postaci szkla¬ nych rurek, których konce sluzace do pobierania plynów sa zwezone.Wada tych pipet bylo utrudnione odmierzanie do¬ kladnych ilosci plynów szczególnie w przypadku stosowania mikrometod, gdyz pipety te nie dawaly mozliwosci szybkiego i dokladnego odmierzania o- kres^onych objetosci. Z kolei czesc cylindryczna 2 przechodzi w szyjke 3 posiadajaca dwa wspól- io osiowe przewezenia 4 i 5. W miejscu zwezenia 5 znajduje sie oznakowanie 6 okreslajace scisla ob¬ jetosc plynu danej pipety. PLThe subject of the invention is a laboratory micropipette, especially made of plastic, the shape of which makes it possible to accurately and quickly measure liquids used in various types of laboratories. Until now, micropipettes and pipettes were used for measuring liquids, usually in the form of glass tubes, the ends of which served The disadvantage of these pipettes was that it was difficult to measure the exact amounts of liquids, especially in the case of using micromethods, as these pipettes did not allow for quick and accurate measuring of the specified volumes. Moreover, glass micropipettes are easily broken down, difficult to calibrate, and are not very accurate due to the adherence of the liquid to be measured on the walls of the pipettes. Therefore, a different pipette must be used for each fluid withdraw, which significantly increases the costs associated with pipette cleaning. Pipettes, and especially glass micropipettes, are very expensive. The object of the invention is to overcome these drawbacks and inconveniences. This aim is achieved by constructing a pipette having a narrowed and elongated front part that is bent downwards, then transformed into an extended cylindrical part which then passes into the neck having a two-stage taper. A pipette with such a longitudinal section allows for a very precise and quick dispensing of defined volumes of liquids. The subject of the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing which shows a longitudinal section of the micropipette. The pipette has a narrowed and bent downward front part 1, which immerses himself in liquids. The front portion 1 then passes into an extended cylindrical portion 2 which is the main reservoir of the fluid to be measured. In turn, the cylindrical part 2 passes into the neck 3 having two axial constrictions 4 and 5. At the point of the constriction 5 there is a marking 6 which defines the exact fluid volume of a given pipette. The pipette has an ending 7, which is used to suck up liquids. Measuring liquids of this type with a pipette is therefore fast and accurate, that the liquid flowing from the cylindrical part successively to the first taper 4 reduces the flow rate in this constriction and reaching the second taper, ie to the marking point, it practically stops, which eliminates the need for constant corrections and accelerates the speed and accuracy of measurements.
