Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest rekojesc sztucców. Przykladem znanych rekojesci sztucców sa rozwiazania opisane we wzorach przemyslowych Rp-5257, Rp-5407, Rp-5256 i Rp-5398 oraz wzorach zdobniczych Rz-17168 i Rz-17499. Rozwiazaniem najbardziej zblizonym jest rekojesc sztucców opisana we wzorze przemyslowym Rp-5398. Wzór ten charakteryzuje sie regularna podwójna linia rowka wykonanego w zamknietym obwodzie, przebiegajaca wzdluz i w poblizu krawedzi bocznych rekojesci, przy czym w poblizu zwezenia przy czesci roboczej sztucców podwójna linia rowka poprowadzona jest lukiem w kierunku krawedzi szczytowej rekojesci, ponad którym dodatkowo wykonane sa dwa wgniecenia o glebokosci równej glebokosci rowka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie rekojesci, która ma wyglad wysokiego równoramiennego trapezu o zaokraglonych dolnych narozach. Wzdluz krawedzi rekojesci przebiega otwarta, podwójna regularna linia rowkowana, która u nasady czesci roboczej rozchodzi sie na zewnatrz w kierunku brzegów krawedzi rekojesci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, fig. 1 . Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to trapezowy ksztalt rekojesci z zaokraglonymi dolnymi narozami oraz przebiegajaca wzdluz krawedzi rekojesci podwójna regularna linia rowkowana, która u nasady czesci roboczej rozchodzi sie na zewnatrz w kierunku brzegów krawedzi rekojesci.FIG. 1 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cutlery handle. Examples of known cutlery handles include the solutions described in industrial designs Rp-5257, Rp-5407, Rp-5256, and Rp-5398, as well as ornamental designs Rz-17168 and Rz-17499. The most similar solution is the cutlery handle described in industrial design Rp-5398. This design is characterized by a regular double-line groove made in a closed circumference, running along and near the side edges of the handle. Near the narrowing at the working part of the cutlery, the double-line groove runs in an arc towards the top edge of the handle, above which are additionally made two indentations with a depth equal to the depth of the groove. The essence of the industrial design is revealed in the shape of the handle, which has the appearance of a tall, isosceles trapezoid with rounded lower corners. Along the edge of the handle runs an open, double, regular grooved line, which at the base of the working part extends outward toward the edges of the handle edge.
