Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa elektryczna. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, strukturze i ornamentyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w dziesieciu odmianach na zalaczonej ilustracji zbiorczej w postaci figur od 1 do 10 oraz dodatkowo, w celu pelniejszej prezentacji wszystkich szczególów wzoru przemyslowego, kazda odmiana zostala przedstawiona na odrebnym arkuszu w postaci powiekszonych figur od II do 20. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, structure, and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in ten variations in the attached collective illustration in the form of figures 1 to 10 and additionally, in order to more fully present all the details of the industrial design, each variation is presented on a separate sheet in the form of enlarged figures II to 20. For this reason, fig. 1 and fig. 11 show photographs of a single-arm desk lamp in a side view, fig. 2 and fig. 12 show photographs of a two-arm desk lamp in a side view, fig. 3 and fig. 13 show photographs of a single-arm wall lamp in a front view, fig. 4 and fig. 14 show photographs of a two-arm wall lamp in a front view, fig. 5 and fig. 15 show photographs of a two-arm ceiling lamp in a side view, fig. 6 and fig. 16 show photographs of a three-arm ceiling lamp in a side view, Fig. 7 and Fig. 17 show photographs of a four-arm ceiling lamp in a side view, Fig. 8 and Fig. 18 show photographs of a six-arm ceiling lamp in a side view, Fig. 9 and Fig. 19 show photographs of a twelve-arm ceiling lamp in a side view, while Fig. 10 and Fig. 20 show photographs of a tall floor lamp in a side view. The essential features of the industrial design, in all the presented varieties, are that its shape, structure and ornamentation are based on plant motifs, and the lamp arms are shaped like thick, arched branches with attached lamellar leaves, while the lamp shades at the ends of the arms are entwined with a net of thin, delicate branches equipped with small lamellar leaves, while in the multi-armed varieties of the industrial design, the thick arms create, in the central part of the lamp, a decorative scroll resembling a basket weave.
