Soviet patent No. 172345 describes a device for assembling track spans, which has a conveyor mounted on the frame of a railway platform with carriers for feeding sleepers to the press table. This conveyor also includes a conveyor for feeding press accessories intended for attaching the sleepers to the rails. Above the conveyor for feeding the accessories is a roller conveyor for feeding the rails to the press. The rails are moved towards the press by a pusher, and after leaving the press, the assembled track beams are moved down the device by eccentric rail clamps driven by a connecting rod connected by a chain drive to an electric motor. A disadvantage of the device described in the Soviet patent is the complicated sleeper presser drive and the large number of chain and gear transmissions, which are problematic in operation due to a relatively high failure rate, mainly caused by contamination. These transmissions require additional safeguards for the safety of the operating personnel. The track beam assembly device according to the invention comprises a track beam assembly unit connected on one side to a rail storage and feeding line, and on the other to a line for receiving the assembled track beams. Additionally, the track assembly assembly is connected to the side of the reinforced sleeper feed line and to the track accessories feed line for securing the sleepers to the rails. In the upper part of the track assembly assembly, a cylinder is attached to the support structure. This cylinder is connected via arms to jaw holders for moving the rails located on the feed table. Meanwhile, in the lower part of the track assembly assembly, a pre-assembly press is mounted for pressing and securing the sleepers fed from the belt conveyor via a roller conveyor to the rails. A set of wrenches, a device for enforcing the desired track gauge, preferably consisting of 297,650 roller sets, and a device for establishing the perpendicular alignment of the sleepers, is attached to the central part of the support structure, on the side of the line receiving the assembled track. In turn, a final assembly press is attached to the lower part of the support structure, on the side of the line receiving the assembled track sections. The device according to the invention, thanks to the use of a device for forcing the desired track gauge, enables the construction of track sections with high accuracy of the track gauge. Moreover, the device for assembling track bridges has high efficiency with minimal maintenance, which is ensured by a significant improvement in working conditions by eliminating chain transmissions in comparison to the solution presented in the prior art. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 • shows the device for assembling track bridges in a side view, and Fig. 2 shows a cross-section of this device in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the device for assembling track bridges has the following sequentially connected lines for storing and feeding rails I, a unit for assembling track bridges II and a unit for receiving assembled track bridges III, wherein a line for feeding accessories for attaching sleepers to rails IV and a line for feeding reinforced sleepers V are connected to the unit for assembling track bridges II. The rails 1 are arranged on a table • The feeder 2 of the rail storage and feeding line I is fed into the track assembly unit II by means of feeder arms 3 terminated with jaw grippers 4 performing a reciprocating movement, wherein the feeder arms 3 are driven by a hydraulic cylinder mounted on the supporting structure 6. The movement length of the feeder arms 3 is adjusted depending on the required spacing of the sleepers 6. • Perpendicularly to the pulled-in rails 1, the sleepers 7 are fed at specific time intervals from the roller conveyor 8, onto which the sleepers 6 were previously fed from the belt conveyor 9 of the line feeding the reinforced sleepers V. After the sleeper 7 is inserted, the pre-assembly press 10a presses it against the rails 1, after which they are mounted accessories from the accessories feeding line IV. Accessories are fed from the auxiliary belt conveyors 11 through the sorting table 12 and the main belt conveyor 13. After releasing the pressure of the pre-assembly press 10a, the assembled belt is moved by a predetermined distance together with the suspended sleeper 7 so that the sleeper 7 is located under the set of four screw drivers 14 mounted on the supporting structure 6 of the track belt assembly unit II and above the final assembly press 10b. The hydraulically lowered and raised screw drivers 14 perform the operation of tightening all four nuts, simultaneously permanently fastening the sleeper 7 to the rails 1. While tightening the nuts, another sleeper 7 is inserted from the roller conveyor 8 between the rails 1 and the press 10a, and then suspended from the rails 1. After leaving the assembly unit II, the track rails are moved on the rollers 15 of the gravity conveyor 16 of the line receiving the assembled tracks III. In order to obtain the required parameters of the assembled track rail, a device for setting the perpendicular arrangement of the sleepers 17 and a device for setting the required track gauge 18, which are roller sets, are mounted in the middle part of the supporting structure 6. -^ 1 -fr ¦»--».» 4 .«¦ - a| %2 PL PL
