Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do badania relaksacji materialów, zaopatrzone w uklad dzwigniowy z obciaznikiem polaczony drugostronnie z zaciskowymi plytami badanej próbki. Po umieszczeniu próbki 3 badanego materialu pomiedzy zaciskowymi plytami 2 i napelnieniu zbiornika 5 ciecza 6,2 , 97 595 obciazona jednoosiowe próbka 3, z wplywem czasu zaczyna sie odksztalcac, nastepuje proces pelzania. PL PLThe invention is a device for testing material relaxation, equipped with a lever system with a weight connected on the other side to the clamping plates of the tested sample. A device for testing material relaxation is known, in which the weight is a self-propelled cart moving on one arm of the lever. During testing conducted using this device, vibrations resulting from the cart's movement and the operation of the drive motor accelerate the creep process of the material sample, thus adversely affecting the relaxation measurement results. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above drawbacks and inconveniences. This goal was achieved using the device according to the invention, the essence of which is that the weight is a container containing a liquid. This tank is equipped with a drain valve electrically compressed via an amplifier with a sample deformation sensor placed between its clamping plates. The use of the device according to the invention for rheological research enables precise examination of the relaxation phenomenon for all Carboniferous rocks, with a uniaxial compressive stress state close to the strength limit of the tested material. This allows for improving the methods of determining the tendency of coal and rocks to tapping and for checking the effectiveness of tapping prevention methods, and thus improving work safety in coal mining. The subject of the invention is schematically shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing. The device for testing material relaxation is provided with a lever system 1 connected on one side with clamping plates 2, between which the tested sample 3 is placed, and on the other side through a power pulley 4 with a tank 5 with liquid 6. The tank 5 is provided with a conduit 7 for supplying liquid 6 at the top, and with a conduit 8 for draining this liquid at the bottom, on which a drain valve 9 is installed. The valve 9 is electrically coupled through an amplifier 10 with a sample deformation sensor 11 3, provided with electrical contacts and placed between the clamping plates 2. Relaxation testing Materials tested with this device are tested as follows. After placing sample 3 of the tested material between clamping plates 2 and filling the tank 5 with liquid 6.2, the uniaxially loaded sample 3 begins to deform over time, and a creep process occurs. The initial change in deformation is signaled by sensor 11, which, through amplifier 10, causes the outlet valve 9 to open and release enough liquid 6 from the tank 5 to return the sample's deformation to its initial state. At subsequent time intervals, depending on the natural properties of the tested material, the cycle is repeated automatically until stress relaxation is achieved.
