Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie, zwlaszcza opakowanie jednostkowe dla pojemników i/lub blistrów z produktami para- farmeceutycznymi, w szczególnosci suplementami diety. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wykonczeniu przedmiotu, a takze jego kolorystyce. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of an object, manifested in the shape and finish of the object, as well as in its colors.

Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 - fig. 7 przedstawiaja opakowanie w stanie zlozonym w ujeciu przestrzennym, przy czym kazde z opakowan ujawnionych w materiale lustra- cyjnym (fig. 1 - fig. 7) jest przeznaczone dla innego produktu stanowiacego suple- ment diety, natomiast fig. 8 rysunku ukazuje siatke ujawnionego opakowania. Jak pokazano w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonane z kartonu i ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie trójkata nierównoramiennego. The packaging is always silver-gray, and on the front wall of the packaging there are the following elements distinguishing the product according to the pattern from similar packaging: - in the upper right corner, the logo of the pharmacy chain introducing the products constituting the packaging to the market, in the central field, in the outline of the frame, which is not closed vertically and from the top, which has a color that contrasts with the colors of the packaging, a photo or graphic image reflecting the use of the preparation constituting the content of the packaging, - above the photo and / or graphic image, the logotype being the product's own brand, in the word DOCTOR HEALTH, where the word DOCTOR, regardless of the product version, is always in white, while the word HEALTH always has a color consistent with the color of the frame partially surrounding the photograph or graphic image, - below the frame is the name of the product constituting the contents of the package, with what this name is always it is white, but on the left side it is preceded by a square in the same color as the color of the frame for a specific version of the packed product, - in the vicinity of the lower, horizontal edge, there is an inscription informing about the contents of the package, with part of the inscription “package contains. .. tablets "is made with white letters, while the number is the indicated number in white inscribed in the circle field with a color matching the color of the frame.
