Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na odpadki. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe uksztaltowanie, zdobnictwo, kolorystyka oraz material z którego wykonany jest pojemnik. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zlaczonym rysunku w widoku z góry, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku czolowym, fig.2 inna odmiane pojemnika w widoku czolowym, fig.3 przekrój pojemnika, zas fig 4 pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym Pojemnik wykonany jest z laminatu poliestrowo-szklanego w odcieniach koloru srebrnego. Pojemnik wg wzoru charakteryzuje sie nowoczesnym, atrakcyjnym wygladem, oraz funkcjonalnoscia - duza pojemnoscia oraz szerokim otworem wrzutowym, a dzieki zastosowaniu laminatu poliestrowo-szklanego doskonale wytrzymuje zmienne warunki atmosferyczne i nie wymaga zadnych prac konserwacyjnych. Korpus pojemnika wg wzoru ma ksztalt walca z usytuowanym w czesci górnej prostokatnym otworem wrzutowym o zaokraglonych narozach, w czesci górnej korpus zakonczony jest pokrywa o zarysie zgodnym z korpusem i lukowej powierzchni górnej, zas podstawe pojemnika tworza dwa pierscienie o zaokraglonych - zewnetrznych, górnych narozach, usytuowane jeden na drugim, przy czym dolny pierscien ma wieksza srednice. Wewnatrz pojemnika, w jego górnej czesci, pod otworem wrzutowym usytuowane sa dwa pierscienie, przy czym pierwszy pierscien zamocowany jest na stale do wewnetrznej scianki korpusu pojemnika i sluzy do zawieszania worka na odpadki, zas drugi ruchomy — dociskowy zachodzi na pierwszy i sluzy do stabilizowania - pewnego mocowania worka wewnatrz pojemnika. W drugiej odmianie korpus pojemnika wg wzoru ma ksztalt walca z usytuowanym w czesci górnej prostokatnym otworem wrzutowym o zaokraglonych narozach, w czesci górnej korpus zakonczony jest pokrywa o zarysie zgodnym z korpusem i lukowej powierzchni górnej, zas podstawe pojemnika ma zarys zblizony do stylizowanego, wydluzonego trapezu. Wewnatrz pojemnika, w jego górnej czesci, pod otworem wrzutowym usytuowane sa dwa pierscienie, przy czym pierwszy pierscien zamocowany jest na stale do wewnetrznej scianki korpusu pojemnika i sluzy do zawieszania worka na odpadki, zas drugi ruchomy — dociskowy zachodzi na pierwszy i sluzy do stabilizowania - pewnego mocowania worka.Pojemnik wykonany jest w odcieniach koloru srebrnego, korpus - kolor jasniejszy, pokrywa i podstawa, kolor ciemniejszy, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3Fig. 4 PLThe industrial design is for a waste container. The essence of the industrial design is the new shape, ornamentation, color scheme, and material from which the container is made. The design is shown in the attached drawing in a top view, where Fig. 1 shows the container in a frontal view, Fig. 2 another variant of the container in a frontal view, Fig. 3 a cross-section of the container, and Fig. 4 a perspective view of the container. The container is made of a polyester-glass laminate in shades of silver. The container, as designed, is characterized by a modern, attractive appearance and functionality – large capacity and a wide opening. Thanks to the use of polyester-glass laminate, it withstands changing weather conditions and requires no maintenance. The container body, according to the design, is cylindrical in shape with a rectangular drop-in opening in the upper part with rounded corners. The upper part of the body is topped with a cover with an outline consistent with the body and an arc-shaped upper surface. The base of the container is formed by two rings with rounded outer upper corners, placed one on top of the other, with the lower ring having a larger diameter. Inside the container, in its upper part, under the drop-in opening, are two rings. The first ring is permanently attached to the inner wall of the container body and serves to hang the waste bag. The second, movable, pressure ring, overlaps the first and serves to stabilize and securely hold the bag inside the container. In the second variant, the container body, according to the design, is cylindrical with a rectangular drop-in opening with rounded corners located in the upper part. The upper part of the body is topped with a lid with an outline consistent with the body and an arc-shaped upper surface, while the base of the container has an outline similar to a stylized, elongated trapezoid. Inside the container, in its upper part, under the drop-in opening, are two rings. The first ring is permanently attached to the inner wall of the container body and serves to hang the waste bag, while the second, movable, pressure ring overlaps the first and serves to stabilize and securely fasten the bag.
