Znane rozwiazania urzadzen do ciecia rur posiadaja uklady pryzmo- we, które wymagaja indywidualnego ustawienia kazdej pryzmy do danej srednicy rury.Celem wynalazku jest wyeliminowanie wymie¬ nionych wad poprzez zmiane ukladu mocowania i centrowania.Cel ten zostal osiagniety poprzez opracowanie urzadzenia do ciecia rur tlenem z samoczynnym centrowaniem palnika, które posiada krzywke o linii lamanej ulozyskowanej slizgowo na naklad¬ kach stanowiacych element oporowy centrujacy krzywke, nadaje ona ruch promieniowy trzem pry¬ zmom w obu kierunkach. Krzywka posiada rowek, który zazebiajac sie ze sworzniem powoduje roz¬ suwanie sie pryzm. The bits for cutting pipes do not fully meet these requirements and do not provide quick mounting and centering of devices on the pipe. Known solutions of pipe cutting machines have prism systems that require individual setting of each prism to a given pipe diameter. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks by changing the fixing and centering system. This goal was achieved by developing a device for cutting pipes with oxygen with The automatic centering of the burner, which has a broken-line cam slidingly mounted on the cam-centering pads, gives a radial movement to three prongs in both directions. The cam has a groove which, when engaged with the pin, causes the prisms to slide apart. On the perimeter of the cam, a cylindrical-spur toothing is cut, cooperating with a toothed wheel used for manual drive of the pile and for the clamping of the device through the guides, in which there are mounted pins and rollers cooperating with the cam. Depending on the diameter of the pipes, the pins and rollers can be moved in the individual holes in the guides. Thanks to this solution, the process of mounting and centering the device on the pipe has been improved. The device is shown in the drawing, which shows the individual elements of mounting and centering. The device consists of a friction disc 11, to which is attached a bracket from the torch guide for cutting with oxygen. . The friction disc 11 is mounted in the system of guide rollers 8 and is driven by a friction wheel 9 installed in a semi-automatic machine 10, which is the drive of the device. 2 forming a stop, centering the curve 1, and three prisms 3 fixed permanently to three guides 5 for fixing the device on the pipe. On the guides 5 there are pins 4 and rollers 12 cooperating with the cam 1, which can be adjusted on the holes K of the guides 5.
