Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zacisk, przeznaczony do mocowania plaskich róznych elementów oraz do laczenia poprzez spinanie krawedzi scianek pojemników, jak torebki z tworzywa lub papieru. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem zacisku oraz jego czesci, a takze wlasciwosciami powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc odtwarzany dowolna technika z zachowaniem wlasciwosci charakterystycznych stanowiacych istote zacisku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, stanowiacy zacisk, uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym zawierajacym dwie odmiany. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the new form of the item, manifested in the shape of the clamp and its components, as well as in the surface properties. The industrial design may be reproduced using any technique while retaining the characteristic properties constituting the clamp's essence. The industrial design, consisting of the clamp, is shown in the attached illustrative material, which contains two variations. The clamp, according to the industrial design, containing two variants with a red and blue surface, made of plastic, which are shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, has significant features manifested in that it has symmetrical side elements of the clamp with a red and blue surface, having side walls in the lower part and gripping ears in the upper part, between which there is located a resilient element in the form of a yellow surface strip, wherein on the side surface there is a symmetrically placed word Bartolini with white letters and surrounded by a rectangular frame with a white outline and a diagonal outline of the outer side edges with a radial outline of the corners and an ear having an elongated outline in the outer part in the shape of a stylized ellipse, and between the lower elements of the ear there is located a resilient element in the form of a yellow surface strip. The first type of the clamp, constituting an industrial design, is shown in the illustrations in fig. 1 and fig. 2, where fig. 1 shows a side view of the clamp with symmetrical side elements of the clamp with a red surface, having side walls in the lower part and gripping ears in the upper part, between which there is an elastic element in the form of a yellow belt, and fig. 2 shows a frontal view of the symmetrical blue element of the clamp with a red surface and a symmetrically placed word Bartolini with a white quilt of letters and surrounded by a rectangular frame with a white outline, showing an oblique outline of the outer side edges with a radial outline of the corners and an ear with an elongated outline in the outer part and the outline of a stylized ellipse, and between the lower elements of the ear there is an elastic element in the form of a belt. with a yellow surface. The second version of the clamp, constituting an industrial design, is shown in the illustration on Sg.3 - showing a frontal view of the symmetrical side element of the clamp with a blue surface and the symmetrically placed word "Bartolini" with white lettering and surrounded by a rectangular frame with a white outline, showing the diagonal outline of the outer side edges with radial corners, and a handle with an elongated outline in the outer part and the outline of a stylized ellipse. Between the lower elements of the handle is a resilient element in the form of a yellow stripe.
