Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko, przeznaczone do celów spozywczych. Zglaszane do ochrony ciastko wyróznia jego oryginalna postac oraz uksztaltowanie powierzchni i krawedzi bocznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji iig.l. Jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji - ciastko charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada ksztalt zblizony do fantazyjnie uformowanej kokardki, której powierzchnie wypelniaja lukowate wyzlobienia biegnace z lewego i prawego boku w kierunku srodka ciastka, a na obrzezach tworza sfalowane linie konturowe ciastka. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - ciastko posiada ksztalt zblizony do fantazyjnie uformowanej kokardki, - powierzchnie wypelniaja lukowate wyzlobienia biegnace z lewego i prawego boku w kierunku srodka ciastka, a na obrzezach tworza one sfalowane linie konturowe ciastka.Fig.1 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cookie intended for food purposes. The cake submitted for protection is distinguished by its original form and the shape of the surface and side edges. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration Fig. 1. As shown in the attached illustration - the shape of the cake is similar to a fanciful bow, the surfaces of which are filled with curved grooves running from the left and right sides towards the center of the cake, and on the edges it creates wavy contour lines of the cake.
