The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, the arrangement of the edges of its elements, combined with graphic elements decorating its components. The design contains three elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1a is a side view of the first design variant with a partially extended wall, fig. 1b is a front view of the first design variant with a completely extended wall, and fig. 1c is a copy of a photograph of the first design variant with a completely extended wall, while fig. 1d is a copy of a photograph of the first design variant with a completely closed wall, furthermore fig. 2a is a side view of the second design variant with a partially extended wall, fig. 2b is a front view of the second design variant with a completely closed wall, and fig. 2c is a copy of a photograph of the second design variant with a completely extended wall, while fig. 2d is a copy of a photograph of the second design variant with a completely closed wall, furthermore fig. 3a is a side view of the third design variant with a partially extended wall, fig. 3b is a view from The front of the third design variant with a fully extended wall is shown, while Fig. 3c is a copy of a photograph of the third design variant with a fully extended wall, while Fig. 3d is of the third design variant with a fully closed wall. The box according to the first design variant has the shape of a cuboid box closed with a sliding lid. On the surface of the wall, there is a graphic containing a division of the background into two parts, with the lighter lower part of the background extending in an irregular arc into the darker upper part of the background. In the center of the graphic, there is a drawing of a tree with a shadow, located on the surface of the lighter part of the background, with most of the tree's crown located above the fragments of the lower background division lines. The box in the second design variant is shaped like two cuboid boxes, closed by a sliding lid, enclosed by a sliding lid within a larger cuboid box. The wall surface features a graphic dividing the background into two parts, with the lighter lower part of the background extending in an irregular arc into the darker upper part. In the center of the graphic is a drawing of a tree with a shadow, situated on the surface of the lighter part of the background, with the tree's crown mostly located above the lower dividing lines. The front surfaces of the cuboid boxes feature arc-shaped recesses located in the central parts of their upper edges. The third variant of the design features a box shaped like three cuboid boxes, each closed with a sliding lid within a larger cuboid box. The wall surface features a graphic dividing the background into two parts, with the lighter lower part of the background extending in an irregular arc into the darker upper part. In the center of the graphic is a drawing of a tree with a shadow, positioned on the lighter part of the background, with the tree's crown mostly located above the lower dividing lines. The front surfaces of the cuboid boxes feature arc-shaped recesses located in the central portions of their upper edges. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A box for packaging sweets in the shape of a cuboid box closed with a sliding lid, characterized in that its first variant has essential features of an industrial design, according to which on the surface of the wall there is a graphic containing a division of the background into two parts, wherein the lighter lower part of the background enters the darker upper part of the background with an irregular arc, moreover, in the center of the graphic there is a drawing of a tree with a shadow, located on the surface of the lighter part of the background, with the tree crown being mostly located above fragments of the lower lines of the background division, as shown in the attached illustrative material, fig. 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d. 2. A box for packaging sweets containing two rectangular boxes, closed with a sliding lid in a larger rectangular box, is characterized in that its second variant has the essential formal features of an industrial design, according to which on the surface of the wall there is a graphic containing a division of the background into two parts, wherein the lighter lower part of the background enters the darker upper part of the background with an irregular arc, and in the center of the graphic there is a drawing of a tree with a shadow, located on the surface of the lighter part of the background, wherein the crown of the tree is mostly located above the fragments of the lower lines of the division of the background, while on the front surfaces of the rectangular boxes there are arc-shaped recesses, located in the central parts of their upper edges, as shown in the attached material lustration, fig. 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d. 3. A box for packaging sweets containing three rectangular boxes, closed with a sliding lid in a larger rectangular box, is characterized in that its third variant has the essential form features of an industrial design, according to which on the surface of the wall there is a graphic containing a division of the background into two parts, wherein the lighter lower part of the background enters the darker upper part of the background with an irregular arc, and in the center of the graphic there is a drawing of a tree with a shadow, located on the surface of the lighter part of the background, wherein the crown of the tree is mostly located above the fragments of the lower lines of the division of the background, while on the front surfaces of the rectangular boxes there are arc-shaped recesses, located in the central parts of their upper edges, as shown in the attached lustrative material, Fig. 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d.
