The word "Romans" is written in stylized letters filled with white with navy blue underlining, creating the impression of thick letters. The first letter "R" is capitalized, while the remaining letters are lowercase. The inscription "Cocoa-flavored ice cream" is written in lowercase white letters, significantly shorter in height than the letters of the word "Romans," on a brown stripe. The graphic design of the front surface of the packaging, a limited geometric figure resembling a rectangle, against a dark blue sky background, fading into blue, light blue and white, and an image of trees with green leaves and yellow discolorations, contains the applicant's trademark with the word "ice-mastry" and the inscription in two lines: "Romans Strawberry Flavored Ice Cream". The word "Romans" is written in stylized letters filled with white with a navy blue underline, creating the impression of thick letters. The graphic design of the front surface of the package, a limited geometric figure close to a rectangle, against a dark blue sky background, fading into blue, light blue, and white, and a design of trees with green leaves and yellow discolorations, includes the applicant's trademark with the word "ice-mastry" and the two-line inscription: "Romans Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream." The word "Romans" is written in stylized letters filled with white with navy blue underlining, creating the impression of thick letters. The first letter "R" is capitalized, while the remaining letters are lowercase. The inscription "Vanilla-flavored ice cream" is written in lowercase white letters, much smaller than the letters of the word "Romans," on an orange stripe.
