Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, który nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku, fig. 2 jest widokiem uchwytu z boku, a fig. 3 jest widokiem uchwytu z góry. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy sklada sie z uchwytu wlasciwego oraz dwóch czesci mocujacych. Uchwyt wlasciwy ma w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do odcinka luku, zas w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata wypuklych symetrycznie dluzszych bokach. Górna czesc uchwytu wlasciwego w widoku z boku ma ksztaltzblizony do ostroslupa scietego o podstawach stanowiacych fragment powierzchni cylindrycznej. Górna, mniejsza podstawa tego ostroslupa jest zewnetrzna powierzchnia uchwytu wlasciwego. Kazda z czesci mocujacych ma postac zblizona do ostroslupa scietego polaczonego wieksza podstawa z uchwytem wlasciwym. Mniejsza podstawa tego ostroslupa ma gwintowany otwór przeznaczony do mocowania uchwytu do powierzchni mebla. The industrial design is a two-point furniture handle that facilitates the opening and closing of furniture doors and drawers. The essence of the decorative design is the handle's new form, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The decorative design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the handle in view, Fig. 2 is a side view of the handle, and Fig. 3 is a top view of the handle. The two-point furniture handle consists of the handle itself and two mounting parts. In a side view, the handle itself resembles an arc, while in a top view, it resembles a rectangle with symmetrically convex longer sides. The upper part of the handle proper, viewed from the side, resembles a truncated pyramid with bases that form a portion of a cylindrical surface. The upper, smaller base of this pyramid is the outer surface of the handle proper. Each mounting part resembles a truncated pyramid, connected by a larger base to the handle proper.
