Zabawka z pilka pozwala na dowolne odbijanie pilki rakieta tenisowa, nogami lub rekami, dzieki sprezystej lince laczacej pilke z ciezka podstawa, umozliwia kontrole i ograniczenie zasiegu ruchu pilki, zas komora wewnetrzna podstawy moze byc wypelnia- na dowolna substancja obciazajaca, utrudniajaca przesuwanie sie podstawy po podlozu. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie ukla- dem linii i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. The ball toy allows the user to bounce the ball freely with a tennis racket, feet, or hands. A flexible cord connecting the ball to the heavy base allows for control and limits the ball's range of motion. The internal chamber of the base can be filled with any weighting substance, hindering the base from sliding across the ground. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested by the arrangement of lines and shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Fig.1 - shows the view of the toy with a ball with a blue base, fig.2 - shows the view of the toy with a ball with a red base, fig.3 - shows the view of the base of the toy in blue with the ball removed from the base recess, fig.4 - shows the view of the base of the toy with a green ball with the nut unscrewed. The essential features of the industrial design are a base body in the shape of a truncated pyramid, having in the central part of the upper surface a recess with semicircular outline of walls, with a springy cord attached at the bottom connected to a ball, and in the lower part a rim in the shape of a cuboid having in the middle of one of the side surfaces a rectangular cutout with a horizontal tubular element ending with a closure in the form of a nut, the interior of the entire base is a chamber intended to be filled with a loading substance, as shown in the attached photographs fig. 1 to fig. 4.
