Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel scienny, stosowany powszechnie jako wystrój biur, mieszkan, sal wykladowych i konferencyjnych oraz róznego rodzaju innych pomieszczen. Przedmiot wzoru jest przedstawiony w odmianach na zalaczonej ilustracji, gdzie fig 1 przedstawia ksztalt wzoru w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 do fig. 4, przedstawiaja barwy wzoru, w widoku z góry, zaznaczony kierunek „W na ilustracji. Barwy przedstawione na fig. 2 do fig. 3 przedstawiaja kolejne odmiany wzoru, przy czym fig. 2 przedstawia odmiane pierwsza wzoru, w barwie buk skandynawski, fig 3, przedstawia odmiane druga wzoru w barwie wisnia jasna, fig. 4, przedstawia odmiane trzecia wzoru w barwie buk wloski i fig. 5, przedstawia odmiane czwarta wzoru w barwie sosna antyczna. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie i barwie, przy czym ksztaltu wzoru w odniesieniu do znanych paneli sciennych przejawia sie w tym, ze ma charakterystyczny profil plaski, przy czym profil ten utworzony jest z polaczenia profili prawego P i lewego L, dwóch jednakowych paneli. Ponadto profil prawy P ma w przekroju poprzecznym zarys utworzony z czesci w postaci dwóch pólokregów, czterech zarysów w postaci czwartej czesci okregu i z pieciu odcinków prostych, przy czym dwie czesci w postaci czwartej czesci okregu sa skierowane przeciwnie do pozostalych, a profil lewy L ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt litery "U", obróconej w lewo o 90 stopni, w której ramie górne jest krótsze od dolnego. Dodatkowo charakterystyczny profil plaski, powstaly w wyniku polaczenia profili: lewego jednego panelu i prawego drugiego panelu jest symetryczny. Tak uksztaltowany profil plaski, kierunek „W na ilustracji, pokryty jest unikatowa kolorowa folia przedstawiajaca motyw naturalny wybranego gatunku drzewa.
