Description
Dzieki wprowadzeniu gazu redukcyjnego na calej wysokosci czesci redukcyjnej pieca, umozliwia sie przebywanie grudek w strefie wysokich temperatur, wciagu 2-3 godzin, a stosowanie wysokiego cisnienia zapewnia wzrost wydajnosci i intensywnosciredukcji. 0 Sposób metalizacji grudek rudnych ilustruje ponizszy przyklad. Gaz redukcyjny, o temperaturze 500 C, uzyskany ze zgazowania wegli energetycznych ogrzewa sie w nagrzewnicach do temperatury 1100 C. Goracy gaz wprowadza sie do pieca szybowego poprzez dziesiec rzedów dysz, usytuowanych na calej wysokosci czesci redukcyjnej pieca, w której grudki przebywaja przez okres 2-3 godzin. Nastepnie zmetaIizowanegrudki^oprzez dozator, usytuowany ponizej strefy dysz, przemieszczaja sie stopniowo do dolnej czesci pieca, gdy ochladza si$ je przeplywem zimnego gazu redukcyjnego, do temperatury okolo 200 O.2 95 310 PLThe subject of the invention is a method of metallizing ore nodules, applicable in the iron metallurgy. Until now, the metallization of ore pellets has been carried out in shaft furnaces, with the use of modified natural gas or gas obtained from incomplete combustion of natural gas or oil with oxygen as reducing agent. The emerging lack of these raw materials in the world makes it necessary to base the method of reducing ore pellets on other, more available raw materials. The aim of the invention is to develop a method based on the use of gas obtained from the processing of energetic coals for metallization of ore pellets. The essence of the solution, according to the invention, is based on the fact that the metallization of the ore pellets is carried out with the reduction gas obtained from the processing of energy coal in the process of low-temperature distillation, which is introduced through rows of nozzles located over the entire height of the reduction part of the furnace, in which the pellets stay for a period of 2-3 hours, after The metallized lumps are cooled in the lower part of the furnace, by the flow of cold reducing gas, to a temperature of about 200 ° C, The metallization process of lumps can be carried out under high pressure. By introducing reducing gas over the entire height of the reduction part of the furnace, lumps can stay in the high temperature zone still agu 2-3 hours, and the use of high pressure increases the efficiency and intensity of reduction. 0 The method of metallizing ore nuggets is illustrated in the following example. Reducing gas at a temperature of 500 C, obtained from gasification of power coals, is heated in heaters to a temperature of 1100 C. The hot gas is introduced into the shaft furnace through ten rows of nozzles, located at the entire height of the reduction part of the furnace, in which the lumps stay for a period of 2 - 3 hours. The metallized lumps then progressively move through the feeder located below the nozzle zone to the bottom of the furnace as they are cooled by the flow of cold reducing gas to a temperature of about 200 O. 2 95 310 EN
