Description

Nastepnie poddaje sie go procesowi ciagnienia w proszku ciagarskim bedacym mieszanina steary¬ nianu wapnia i sodu z dodatkiem 2% wagowych mydla olowiowego, 0,2% wagowych urotropiny i 0^2% wagowych cykloheksyloaminy, po czym drut zwija sie, pokrywajac go jednoczesnie kompozycja zlozona z mydla olowiowego z dodatkiem 2% wag. urotropiny 'i 2% wagowych cykloheksyloaminy.Zaleta sposobu wedlug wynalazku jest wyelimi¬ nowanie korozji drutów w okresie magazynowania i transportu.Sposób zabezpieczania przed korozja ciagnionych drutów stalowych ilustruje ponizszy przyklad.Przyklad. Drut stalowy umieszcza sie w kapieli trawiacej, w sklad której wchodzi 10% roztwór kwasu solnego z dodatkiem 0,2% wagowych uro¬ tropiny. Po zakonczeniu trawienia drut poddaje sie procesowi ciagnienia przeprowadzajac go kolej¬ no przez puszki wypelnione proszkiem ciagarskim bedacym mieszanina stearynianu wapnia i sodu z dodatkiem 2% Wagowych mydla olowiowego, 0,2% wagowych urotropiny i 0,2% wagowych cy- kloheksyloaiminy. Nastepnie prowadzi sie proces zwijania drutu, pokrywajac go jednoczesnie kom¬ pozycja zlozona z mydla olowiowego z dodatkiem 2% wagowych urotropiny i 2% wagowych cyklo¬ heksyloaminy. PLThe subject of the invention is a method of protecting drawn steel wires against corrosion. The methods known so far to prevent corrosion of drawn steel wires consist in coating them before or after being rolled up with compositions of temporary protection agents such as fluids, simars, oils, which inhibit corrosion. ¬ Atmospheric. An inconvenience of the methods described above is the insufficient protection of steel wires against corrosion, especially when the etching process is carried out in hydrochloric acid. Vapors of this acid, adsorbed on the surface of the wire, cause corrosion under favorable conditions of air humidity and temperature. The aim of the invention is to develop a method of reducing stress against corrosion of drawn steel wires, devoid of the above-described disadvantages. on the fact that the steel wire is etched in a 10% solution of hydrochloric acid with the addition of 0.2% by weight of urotropin. Then it is subjected to a drawing process in a drawing powder, which is a mixture of calcium and sodium stearate with the addition of 2% by weight of lead soap, 0, 2% by weight of urotropin and 0 ^ 2% by weight of cyclohexylamine, and then the wire is coiled, simultaneously covering it with a composition of lead soap with the addition of 2% by weight of of urotropin and 2% by weight of cyclohexylamine. The advantage of the method according to the invention is the elimination of corrosion of the wires during storage and transport. The method of preventing corrosion of drawn steel wires is illustrated by the following example. The steel wire is placed in a pickling bath consisting of a 10% solution of hydrochloric acid with 0.2% by weight of urotropin. After etching is complete, the wire is drawn through successively through cans filled with a draft powder which is a mixture of calcium and sodium stearate with the addition of 2% by weight of lead soap, 0.2% by weight of urotropine and 0.2% by weight of cyclohexylaimine. The wire is then coiled while the wire is coated with a composition of lead soap with the addition of 2% by weight of urotropin and 2% by weight of cyclohexylamine. PL
