Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest obudowa zasilacza, która sluzy jako oslona urzadzen doprowadzajacych prad e- lektryczny. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, które na obudowie zasilacza swoisty, orygi*i£lny i itstetyczny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedsta-wia obudowe zasilacza w widoku perspektywicznym od strony wiekszego boku, fig. 2 - obudowe zasilacza w widoku per- spektywicznym od strony mniejszego boku, fig. 3 - obudowe zasilacza w widoku z góry. Obudowa zasilacza, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego charakte- ryzuje sie tym, ze ma w ogólnym zarysie ksztalt prostopa- dlosciennej bryly, która ma czesc sciany górnej scieta sko- snie po linii lukowej, powstalej w wyniku przenikania pro- stopadloscianu z powierzchnia boczna walca. Wszystkie naro- za i krawedzie obudowy zasilacza sa zaokraglone. Pod dolna, prostokatna sciana obudowy zasilacza znajduje sie wtyczka z dwoma bolcami, która ma ksztalt ostroslupa o podstawie sze- sciokata z ostro zarysowanymi krawedziami i narozami. Jedna z bocznych, prostokatnych scian obudowy zasilacza posiada prostokatny otwór. Na calym obwodzie powierzchni bocznej obudowy zasilacza znajduje sie, zarysowane poprzeczna li- nia, miejsce polaczenia czesci dolnej z czescia górna. PL PL PLPower Supply Housing The right of registration for the ornamental design has been in effect since April 12, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is the power supply housing, which serves as a cover for devices that supply electrical current. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, which on the power supply housing create a unique, original, and aesthetic appearance. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the power supply housing in a perspective view from the larger side, Fig. 2 - the power supply housing in a perspective view from the smaller side, and Fig. 3 - the power supply housing in a top view. The power supply housing, as depicted in its decorative design, is generally shaped like a cuboid, with a portion of its upper wall cut diagonally along an arc formed by the intersection of the cuboid with the side surface of a cylinder. All corners and edges of the power supply housing are rounded. Beneath the lower, rectangular wall of the power supply housing is a two-prong plug, shaped like a pyramid with a hexagonal base and sharply defined edges and corners. One of the rectangular side walls of the power supply housing has a rectangular opening. A crosswise line, marking the connection between the lower and upper parts, runs along the entire circumference of the side surface of the power supply housing.
