Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wentylator o samoczynnej regulacji wydatku powietrza stosowany zwlaszcza do maszyn elektrycznych i silników spalinowych.Dotychczas w urzadzeniach technicznych chlodzonych powietrzem wentylatory mialy wydatek powietrza zalezny od predkosci katowej wirnika. Powodowalo to przegrzewanie sie maszyn przy malych predkosciach katowych ze wzgledu na zmniejszony wydatek powietrza chlodzacego.Celem wynalazku jest unikniecie opisanych wyzej niedogodnosci wentylatorów stosowanych dotychczas, a zadaniem skonstruowanie wentylatora o samoczynnej regulacji wydatku powietrza. Zadanie to zostalo rozwiazane przez zaopatrzenie sworznia, na którym zamocowana jest lopatka w niesamohamowny gwint Sworzen osadzony jest w tulei z gwintem. Poci wplywem sily odsrodkowej sworzen przesuwa i obraca sie w tulei przyjmujac polozenie odpowiednie dla zamocowanej na sworzniu lopatki.Przykladowe rozwiazanie przedstawiono na rysunku. Lopatka 1 osadzona jest sztywno na sworzniu 2, który ma niesamohamowny gwint 3 i wspólpracuje z tuleja 4 zamocowana do wirnika 5 za pomoca wkretów 6.Ponizej tulei umocowana jest sprezyna 7 zabezpieczona podkladka 8 i pierscieniem osadczym 9.Urzadzenie to dziala w nastepujacy sposób. Pod wplywem sily odsrodkowej lopatka 1 wysuwa sie z tulei 4 jednoczesnie wykonujac obrót na gwincie 3 sworznia 2. Stan równowagi dla okreslonej predkosci katowej utrzymuje sprezyna 7 o odpowiedniej charakterystyce. Zmniejszenie predkosci katowej powoduje samoczynne wychylenie lopatki 1 o odpowiedni kat zapewniajacy staly wydatek powietrza. PLThe subject of the invention is a fan with self-regulation of air flow, used especially for electric machines and combustion engines. Until now, in air-cooled technical devices, fans had air flow dependent on the angular speed of the rotor. This caused the machines to overheat at low angular speeds due to the reduced flow of cooling air. The aim of the invention is to avoid the above-described disadvantages of the fans used so far, and the task is to design a fan with self-regulation of air flow. This task has been solved by providing the pin on which the blade is mounted with a steep thread. The pin is embedded in a threaded sleeve. It is pulled by the effect of centrifugal force and the pin moves and rotates in the sleeve, taking the position appropriate for the blade mounted on the pin. An example solution is shown in the figure. The vane 1 is mounted rigidly on the pin 2, which has a steep thread 3 and cooperates with the sleeve 4 fastened to the rotor 5 by means of screws 6. Below the sleeve there is a spring 7 secured with a washer 8 and a snap ring 9. This device works in the following way. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the blade 1 moves out of the sleeve 4, simultaneously rotating on the thread 3 of the pin 2. The equilibrium state for a given angular speed is maintained by the spring 7 with the appropriate characteristics. Reducing the angular speed causes the blade 1 to deflect automatically by an appropriate angle ensuring a constant air flow. PL
