Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szafka lazienkowa do zawieszania na scianie. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac szafki lazienkowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyraza sie w ksztalcie oraz materiale wykonania. Szafka lazienkowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego, natomiast jej drzwiczki sa wykonane z tafli szklanej matowa albo z tafli szklanej przezroczystej. Szafke stanowi jednolity wytwór w postaci czesci skrzynkowej oraz naroznych wnek utworzonych przez dluzsze scianki boczne czesci skrzynkowej i przez scianke tylna szafki. Narozne wneki zaopatrzone sa w pólki o lukowatych frontowych bokach oraz w pretowe, lukowate obramowania umieszczone nad pólkami. Szafka w widoku z przodu ma zarys zblizony do prostokata, którego górna krawedz jest lukowato wypukla, natomiast dolna krawedz jest lukowato wklesla. Drzwiczki szafki maja zarys prostokata o lukowata górpej krawedzi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilu- stracyjnym, na którym fig.l przedstawia szafke lazienkowa w widoku z przodu z drzwi- czkami szklanymi matowymi, fig.2 - szafke lazienkowa w widoku perspektywicznym z drzwiczkami szklanymi przezroczystymi, fig.3 - szafke lazienkowa z fig. 1 w widokuperspektywicznym, a fig.4 - szafke lazienkowa z fig. 1 albo fig.2 w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Szafka lazienkowa jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego, a je j drzwiczki sa wykonane z tafli szklanej matowej albo tafli szklanej przezroczystej. Szafke stanowi jednolity wytwór w postaci czesci skrzynkowej oraz naroznych wnek utworzonych przez dluzsze scianki boczne czesci skrzynkowej i przez scianke tylna szafki. The new and unique character of the industrial design bathroom cabinet is expressed in its shape and material. The industrial design bathroom cabinet is made of plastic, while its doors are made of either frosted glass or transparent glass. The cabinet is a single piece consisting of a box section and corner recesses formed by the longer side walls of the box section and the rear wall of the cabinet. The corner recesses are equipped with shelves with curved front sides and bar-shaped, curved frames placed above the shelves. From the front, the cabinet has a roughly rectangular outline, with a convex-curved upper edge and a concave-curved lower edge. The cabinet door has a rectangular outline with an arched top edge. The industrial design subject is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a bathroom cabinet in a front view with frosted glass doors, Fig. 2 shows a bathroom cabinet in a perspective view with transparent glass doors, Fig. 3 shows the bathroom cabinet from Fig. 1 in a perspective view, and Fig. 4 shows the bathroom cabinet from Fig. 1 or Fig. 2 in a top view.
