Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do elektrotermicznego ciecia materialów, zwlaszcza styropianu', z narzedziem tnacym nagrzewanym pradem elektiycznym. Urzadzenie to ma zastosowanie do ciecia, przecinania i wykrawania materialów dajacych sie obrabiac nagizanym narzedziem tnacym, a w szczególnosci do obróbki styropianu.Urzadzenia przeinaczone do tego celu, znane np. z opisów patentowych RFN nr nr 1943189 i 2132853, maja element tnacy w postaci litery "U" osadzony w odpowiednim uchwycie korpusu. Element tnacy w tych znanych urzadzeniach jest wykonany z metalowego plaskownika, ma zewnetrzne krawedzie zaostrzone i jest nagrzewany pradem elektrycznym pobieranym poprzez transformator.Urzadzenie do elektrotermicznego ciecia materialów, zwlaszcza styropianu, z elementem tnacym w postaci wydluzonej litery "U", wykonanym z plaskownika z zaostrzonymi zewnetrznymi krawedziami, nagrzewanym pradem elektrycznym, wedlug wynalazku ma element tnacy zamocowany w rekojesci przy czym element tnacy w czesci roboczej ma usytuowane prostopadle do powierzchni bbcznej otworki o odpowiedniej wielkosci zape¬ wniajace zadany przeplyw pradu i rozklad temperatury na czesci tnacej. Urzadzenie wyposazone jest w transfor¬ mator czterouzwojeniowy posiadajacy dwa uzwojenia pierwotne oraz dwa uzwojenia wtórne, z których jedno uzwojenie wtórne sluzy do zasilania elementu tnacego a drugie- do zasilania ukladu sterowania. Uklad stero¬ wania jest wyposazony w przycisk zainstalowany w rekojesci sluzacy do wlaczania tego ukladu oraz w lacznik sluzacy do wlaczania do pracy ukladu zasilajacego element tnacy urzadzenia.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku moze równiez pracowac przy wyposazeniu go w dwa transformatory dwu- uzwojeniowe, w tym jeden do nagrzewania elementu tnacego a drugi do zasilania ukladu sterowania, jak równiez przy wyposazeniu go tylko w jeden transformator dwuuzwojeniowy do zasilania elementu tnacego, W tym osta¬ tnim przypadku, wlaczanie do pracy ukladu zasilajacego dokonuje sie przy pomocy lacznika umieszczonego na obudowie transformatora.Zastosowany w urzadzeniu element tnacy w ksztalcie wydluzonej litery "U", wykonany z plaskownika z zaostrzonymi zewnetrznymi krawedziami i posiadajacy na swej czesci roboczej odpowiednio rozmieszczone otworki zapewniajace zadany przeplyw pradu i rozklad temperatury na tym elemencie, czyni to urzadzenie wy-sokosprawnym, pozwalajacym na szybkie prosto i krzywoliniowe ciecie o waskiej szczelinie, jak równiez na latwe wykrawanie dowolnych powierzchni w obrabianym materiale. Zamocowanie elementu tnacego w rekojesci czyni to urzadzenie wygodnym w uzyciu a zastosowane zasilanie poprzez transformator czyni go bezpiecznym w eks¬ ploatacji. W sumie takie zastosowanie srodków technicznych pozwala na uzyskanie urzadzenia wysokosprawnego o duzej wydajnosci oraz wygodnego w uzyciu i bezpiecznego w pracy.Przedmiot wynalazku jest przedstawiony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przed¬ stawia schematycznie urzadzenie wyposazone w transformator czterouzwojeniowy w widoku z boku, fig. 2 — element tnacy urzadzenia w powiekszeniu w widoku z boku a fig. 3- przekrój A-A zaznaczony na fig. 2 .Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1 -3 urzadzenie sklada sie z elementu tnacego 1 , nagrzewanego pradem elektry¬ cznym, wykonanego w ksztalcie wydluzonej litery "U" z plaskownika z zaostrzonymi zewnetrznymi krawe¬ dziami, zamocowanego w rekojesci 2 i swobodnymi koncami polaczonego z przewodami zasilajacymi 3 .W czesci roboczej elementu tnacego 1 znajduja sie otworki 4 zapewniajace zadany przeplyw pradu i roz¬ klad temperatury na tym elemencie. Urzadzenie wyposazone jest w transformator 5 posiadajacy dwa uzwojenia pierwotne 6 ,7 i dwa uzwojenia wtórne 8 ,9 , z których jedno uzwojenie wtórne 8 zasila pradem elektrycznym element tnacy 1 a drugie uzwojenie wtórne 9 sluzy do zasilania ukladu sterowania."W sklad ukladu sterowania wchodzi przycisk 10 zainstalowany w rekojesci 2, uzwojenia pierwotne 7 , uzwojenie wtórne 9 , lacznik 11 i przewody 12 . The device is equipped with a four-winding transformer having two primary windings and two secondary windings, one secondary winding of which is used to power the cutting element and the other - to power the control system. The control system is equipped with a button installed in the handle for switching the system on and a switch for switching on the system supplying the cutting element of the device. According to the invention, the device can also work with two two-winding transformers, including one for heating the cutting element and the second one to power the control system, as well as when it is equipped with only one two-winding transformer to power the cutting element. In this last case, the power supply is switched on by means of a connector placed on the transformer housing. a cutting element in the shape of an elongated letter "U", made of a flat bar with sharpened outer edges and having on its working part appropriately spaced holes ensuring a given current flow and temperature distribution on this element, this makes the device efficient, allowing for quick straight and curvilinear this cut with a narrow gap, as well as for easy punching of any surfaces in the processed material. Fixing the cutting element in the handle makes the device convenient to use and the power supply through a transformer makes it safe to use. In sum, such application of technical measures allows to obtain a high-efficiency device with high efficiency and convenient to use and safe to work. The subject of the invention is presented in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows schematically a device equipped with a four-winding transformer in a view from side, fig. 2 - the cutting element of the device in an enlarged side view, and fig. 3- the section AA marked in fig. 2. In the working part of the cutting element 1 there are openings 4 ensuring a given current flow and temperature distribution on this item. The device is equipped with a transformer 5 having two primary windings 6, 7 and two secondary windings 8, 9, of which one secondary winding 8 supplies electric current to the cutting element 1 and the second secondary winding 9 is used to power the control system. The button 10 is used to close the electric circuit of the control system, while the connector 11 - to close the electric circuit of the cutting element power supply system 1. After connecting the device to the mains and pressing the button 10, the electric current in the control circuit activates the switch 11 and closes the primary circuit of the cutting element power supply.
