Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wiwarium przeznaczone szczególnie dla hodowli i obserwacji mrówek w warunkach nasladujacych naturalne srodowisko ich bytowania. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wiwarium przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wiwarium w widoku. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku wiwarium ma postac szklanej gabloty. Wiwarium wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze szklana gablota jest usytuowana pionowo a wewnatrz niej umieszczone jest zloze z wycietymi w nim sciezkami, przy czym gablota oparta jest o szklana plyte, zas gablota wraz z plyta sa umieszczone w zlozu otoczonym walem i umieszczonym w podstawku, jak przedstawiono na fig. 1. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of vivarium, manifested in the shape and arrangement of elements aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the vivarium. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the vivarium takes the form of a glass display case. The vivarium according to the industrial design is characterized in that the glass case is situated vertically and inside it there is a bed with paths cut in it, wherein the case is leaned against the glass plate, and the case together with the plate are placed in a bed surrounded by a shaft and placed in a base, as shown in Fig. 1.
