Prawo z rejestracji trwa od dnia: 27.04.2005 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element ozdobny, zwlaszcza do mebli, przeznaczony do wystepowania jako skladnik kompozycji ozdób meblowych, jako element uchwytów meblowych lub element maskujacy. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac elementu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z jego polaczenia z meblem lub uchwytem meblowym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 uwidoczniono element ozdobny mniejszy w widoku z góry i w przekroju bocz- nym, na fig. 2 element ozdobny wiekszy w widoku z góry i w przekroju bocznym oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, na której na fig. 3 przedstawiono element ozdobny wiekszy w widoku z góry od strony zewnetrznej, fig. 4 element ozdobny wiekszy w widoku z góry od strony wewnetrznej, fig. 5 element ozdobny mniejszy w widoku z góry od strony zewnetrznej, fig. 6 element ozdobny mniejszy w widoku z góry od strony wewnetrznej. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo ksztalt czaszy. Element ozdobny przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz na fotografii fig. 3 do fig. 6 stanowi wypukla, okragla forme przestrzenna o lagodnym lu- kowatym ksztalcie, stanowiaca monolit, uformowana z jednego detalu, o krawedziach dokladnie przylegajacych do podloza, posiadajaca od wewnatrz dookolna strefe moco-wania w formie uzebrowania w ksztalcie zblizonym do plastra miodu skladajacego sie z komórek o ksztalcie korzystnie zblizonym do prostokata pozwalajaca na polaczenie elementu z podlozem np. za pomoca tasmy dwustronnie klejacej lub na zatrzask, przy czym strefa mocowania obejmuje znajdujaca sie od wewnatrz elementu jego ze- wnetrzna obwodowa krawedz, która jest odpowiednio poszerzona, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz fotografii fig. 3 do fig. 6 . Element ozdobny wiekszy ma strefe mocowania skladajaca sie z podwójnego pasa uzebrowania, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 2 i zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4. Element ozdobny mniejszy ma strefe mocowania skladajaca sie z pojedynczego pasa uzebrowania, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i zalaczonej fotografii fig. 6. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Element ozdobny charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi wypukla, okra- gla forme przestrzenna o lagodnym lukowatym ksztalcie, stanowiaca monolit, uformowana z jednego detalu, o krawedziach dokladnie przylegajacych do pod- loza, posiadajaca od wewnatrz dookolna strefe mocowania w formie uzebrowa- nia w ksztalcie zblizonym do plastra miodu skladajacego sie z komórek o ksztalcie korzystnie zblizonym do prostokata pozwalajaca na polaczenie ele- mentu z podlozem np. za pomoca tasmy dwustronnie klejacej lub na zatrzask, przy czym strefa mocowania obejmuje znajdujaca sie od wewnatrz elementu je- go zewnetrzna obwodowa krawedz, która jest odpowiednio poszerzona, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz fotografii fig. 3 do fig. 6 . 2. The subject of an industrial design is a decorative element, especially for furniture, intended to appear as a component of a furniture ornamentation composition, as an element of furniture handles, or as a masking element. The essence of an industrial design is the original form of the element, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from its combination with the furniture or furniture handle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a smaller decorative element in a top view and in a side cross-section, Fig. 2 shows a larger decorative element in a top view and in a side cross-section, and in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 3 shows a larger decorative element in a top view from the outside, Fig. 4 shows a larger decorative element in a top view from the inside, Fig. 5 shows a smaller decorative element in a top view from the outside, Fig. 6 shows a smaller decorative element in a top view from the inside. The furniture handle is characterized in that it is generally dome-shaped. The decorative element shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and in the photograph Fig. 3 to Fig. 6 is a convex, round spatial form with a gentle arcuate shape, constituting a monolith, formed from one detail, with edges closely adhering to the substrate, having on the inside a circumferential fastening zone in the form of ribbing in a shape similar to a honeycomb consisting of cells with a shape preferably similar to a rectangle, allowing the element to be connected to the substrate, e.g. by means of double-sided adhesive tape or a snap, wherein the fastening zone covers the outer circumferential edge of the element located on the inside, which is suitably widened, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and in the photograph Fig. 3 to Fig. 6. The larger decorative element has a fastening zone consisting of a double ribbed strip, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2 and the attached photograph Fig. 4. The smaller decorative element has a fastening zone consisting of a single ribbed strip, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and the attached photograph Fig. 6. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The decorative element is characterized in that it is a convex, round spatial form with a gentle arched shape, constituting a monolith, formed from one detail, with edges closely adhering to the substrate, having on the inside a circumferential fastening zone in the form of ribbed strips in a shape similar to a honeycomb consisting of cells in a shape preferably close to a rectangle, allowing for the connection of the element with the substrate by means of double-sided adhesive tape or snap fastener, wherein the fastening zone comprises the outer circumferential edge of the element located on the inside thereof, which is suitably widened, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and the photographs Fig. 3 to Fig. 6. 2. The element according to feature 1 is characterized in that the larger decorative element has a fastening zone consisting of a double ribbed strip, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2 and the attached photograph Fig. 4. 3.
