Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac uchwytu torebki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz powierzchni. Uchwyt torebki w ksztalcie ucha, posiadajacy paski wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zawiera dwa odrebne, w przyblizeniu jednakowo uksztaltowane paski zewnetrzny i wewnetrzny, z których pasek zewnetrzny jest umieszczony nad paskiem wewnetrznym co najmniej w srodkowej czesci uchwytu w jego pozycji ze zlozonymi paskami, przy czym kazdy pasek jest wygiety lukowo, oraz ma lekko zwezajaca sie czesc srodkowa i lekko rozszerzajace sie konce, zas na obu przeciwleglych koncach kazdy pasek posiada zakonczenia w postaci plaskich elementów o w przyblizeniu prostokatnym ksztalcie. Pasek zewnetrzny na obu swych koncach w poblizu zakonczen posiada podluzne wyciecia w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery V zwróconej waskim koncem ku czesci srodkowej paska. Oba paski przecinaja sie w poblizu swych konców w ten sposób, ze zakonczenia umieszczone na obu koncach paska wewnetrznego przechodza przez podluzne wyciecia w pasku zewnetrznym, tak ze plaskie elementy stanowiace zakonczenia paska wewnetrznego sa umieszczone od strony zewnetrznej uchwytu, zas plaskie elementy stanowiace zakonczenia paska zewnetrznego sa umieszczone od strony wewnetrznej uchwytu.Uchwyt wedlug wzoru moze byc uzywany zarówno w pozycji ze zlozonymi paskami, kiedy pasek zewnetrzny i wewnetrzny przylegaja do siebie, jak i w pozycji z rozchylonymi paskami, kiedy paski stykaja sie ze soba tylko w poblizu swych konców. The subject of the ornamental design is the handle of a handbag, particularly a women's handbag. The essence of the design is a new form of the handbag handle, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. A handle in the shape of a handle for a handbag having straps in a pattern is characterized in that it comprises two separate, approximately identically shaped straps, an outer and an inner, the outer strap of which is positioned above the inner strap at least in the central part of the handle in its folded position, each strap being curved and having a slightly tapering central part and slightly widening ends, while at both opposite ends each strap has terminations in the form of flat elements of approximately rectangular shape. At both ends, near the terminations, the outer strap has elongated cutouts in the shape of a V with its narrow end facing the central part of the strap. The two straps intersect near their ends so that the ends at each end of the inner strap pass through longitudinal cutouts in the outer strap, so that the flat elements constituting the ends of the inner strap are located on the outside of the handle, and the flat elements constituting the ends of the outer strap are located on the inside of the handle. The handle according to the pattern can be used both in the folded position, when the outer and inner straps are adjacent, and in the spread position, when the straps touch each other only near their ends. To clarify the use of the handle according to the pattern, an example of a bag for which it can be used is marked with a dashed line in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-8 (the subject of the pattern is shown as a solid line).
