Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest grzebien do nakladania farby na wlosy. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac grzebienia przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig.1 - przedstawia grzebien w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 - grzebien w widoku z boku, fig.3 - grzebien w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.4 - grzebien w widoku z przodu, fig.5 - grzebien w widoku z tylu, a fig.6 - grzebien w widoku od strony uchwytu. Glowica grzebienia ma postac plaskiej ksztaltowej plytki o ksztalcie pieciokata, przy czym jej dwa górne boki sa wklesle.Uchwyt grzebienia ma w przekroju ksztalt okregu, przy czym srednica uchwytu jest najmniejsza na jego koncu, i zwieksza sie w kierunku glowicy, osiagajac najwieksza grubosc w okolo polowie dlugosci grzebienia, nastepnie uchwyt zweza sie i laczy z glowica. The essence of the design is a new form of the comb, manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the comb in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the comb in a side view, Fig. 3 - the comb in a view from the other side, Fig. 4 - the comb in a front view, Fig. 5 - the comb in a rear view, and Fig. 6 - the comb viewed from the handle. Essential features of the industrial design: The comb for applying hair dye, shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 6, consists of a handle and a head equipped with teeth on one side and channels on the other, the openings of which are located at the base of the teeth. The comb head is a flat, pentagonal shaped plate with two concave upper sides. The comb handle has a circular cross-section, with the handle's diameter being smallest at its tip and increasing towards the head, reaching its greatest thickness approximately halfway down the comb's length.
