Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest rozcinacz papieru, zwlaszcza kopert. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w jego ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia rozcinacz w postaci stylizowanego symbolu @ wpisanego w okrag, fig. 2 - rozcinacz w postaci stylizowanego symbolu @ wpisanego w elipse, a fig. 3 - rozcinacz w postaci stylizowanego symbolu @ wpisanego w owal. Istota wzoru przemyslowego polega na tym, ze rozcinacz ma postac stylizowanego symbolu @ 1, przy czym ostrze rozcinajace 2 stanowi swobodne zakonczenie ogonka symbolu @ zwezajace sie, korzystnie w dwóch plaszczyznach do ostrego konca. Ostra krawedz rozcinacza usytuowana jest od wewnetrznej strony ogonka symbolu Zewnetrzny zarys przedmiotu jest wpisany w okrag, elipse lub owal, jak przedstawiaja postacie przedmiotu przedstawione na rysunku, fig. 1 do fig. 3. Rozcinacz, zwlaszcza wykonany z metalu moze byc uzywany jako dekoracyjny przycisk dokumentów. Rozcinacz wedlug wzoru jest wygodnym i estetycznym przedmiotem. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the item, manifested in particular in its shape. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the cutter in the form of a stylized @ symbol inscribed in a circle, Fig. 2 shows the cutter in the form of a stylized @ symbol inscribed in an ellipse, and Fig. 3 shows the cutter in the form of a stylized @ symbol inscribed in an oval. The essence of the industrial design is that the cutter takes the form of a stylized @ symbol 1, with the cutting blade 2 constituting the free end of the @ symbol's tail, tapering, preferably in two planes, to a sharp point. The sharp edge of the cutter is located on the inside of the symbol's tail. The outer outline of the object is inscribed in a circle, ellipse, or oval, as shown in Figures 1 to 3. The cutter, especially one made of metal, can be used as a decorative document weight. A cutter made according to the pattern is a convenient and aesthetically pleasing item.
