Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest blotnik samochodowy przeznaczony do montowania w pojazdach. W odniesieniu do zblizonych elementów, blotnik samochodowy wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w nowym ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym blotnik samochodowy, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia blotnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2- widok perspektywiczny blotnika z przodu, fig. 3- widok perspektywiczny blotnika w widoku od góry oraz na bok, fig. 4 - widok perspektywiczny blotnika w widoku od góry, z boku i od tylu, fig. 5 - widok perspektywiczny blotnika w widoku od dolu, od tylu oraz na bok, fig. 6 - blotnik w widoku od góry, fig. 7 - blotnik w widoku od wewnatrz. Blotnik samochodowy, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w dolnej czesci ma ksztalt wycinka kola i odpowiada ksztaltowi nadkola. W górnej czesci zderzaka umieszczony jest owalny otwór. Górna krawedz zderzaka w czesci przedniej odpowiada ksztaltowi maski samochodu i jest lekko wygieta po luku ku dolowi, zas w czesci tylnej ma wystep stanowiacy podstawe zamocowania lusterka. Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze w dolnej czesci ma ksztalt wycinkajeola i odpowiada ksztaltowi nadkola. W górnej czesci zderzaka umieszczony jest iowalny otwór. Górna krawedz zderzaka w czesci przedniej odpowiada ksztaltowi maski samochodu i jest lekko wygieta po luku ku dolowi, zas w czesci tylnej ma wystep stanowiacy podstawe zamocowania lusterka, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych, fig. 1-7.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4Fig. 5 Fig. 6Fig. 7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a car mudguard intended for mounting in vehicles. In relation to similar elements, the car mudguard according to the design is distinguished by a new form manifested in a new shape. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material presenting a car mudguard, in which fig. 1 - shows the mudguard in a front view, fig. 2 - perspective view of the mudguard from the front, fig. 3 - perspective view of the mudguard from above and to the side, fig. 4 - perspective view of the mudguard from above, from the side and from the back, fig. 5 - perspective view of the mudguard from below, from the back and to the side, fig. 6 - mudguard from above, fig. 7 - mudguard from the inside. The car mudguard, according to the industrial design, is characterized by the fact that in its lower part it has the shape of a segment of a circle and corresponds to the shape of the wheel arch. An oval opening is placed in the upper part of the bumper. The upper edge of the bumper in the front part corresponds to the shape of the car hood and is slightly bent in an arc downwards, while in the rear part it has a projection constituting a base for mounting the mirror. The essential features of the subject industrial design are that in the lower part it has the shape of a jewel cutout and corresponds to the shape of the wheel arch. An oval opening is placed in the upper part of the bumper.
