Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, barwach oraz ich zestawieniu, a zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Wzór w widoku z boku zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii. Stoisko sklada sie z obreczowanej beczki polaczonej z daszkiem. Beczka jestposadowiona na legarach. Z dna beczki wychodzi pólka, a pod nia widnieje rysunek stylizowanego kielicha z wychodzaca z jego wnetrza kiscia winogrona, przy czym po obu stronach kielicha, miedzy jego stopka i czasza widnieja wielkie litery „B". Daszek ma cztery spady, przy czym krawedzie powierzchni spadów przypominaja zarysem zarys dachu pagody. Powierzchnie spadów pokrywaja plytki w kolorze cegly, imitujace forma dachówki. Narozniki daszku z krawedziami beczki lacza ciegna,. Nad pólka oraz na powierzchni boku beczki widnieja napisy, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii. The subject of the ornamental design is a trade stand. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, colors, and their combination, and aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design, viewed from the side, is shown in the attached photograph. The stand consists of a hoop-covered barrel connected to a roof. The barrel rests on joists. A shelf extends from the bottom of the barrel, and beneath it is a drawing of a stylized goblet with a bunch of grapes emerging from its interior. On both sides of the goblet, between its foot and the bowl, appear the capital letters "B." The roof has four slopes, with the edges of the slope surfaces resembling the outline of a pagoda roof. The sloped surfaces are covered with brick-colored tiles, imitating the shape of roof tiles. The corners of the roof are connected to the edges of the barrel with strings. Above the shelf and on the side of the barrel are inscriptions, as shown in the attached photo. PL PL PL PL
