Zastrzezenia patentowepatent claims. The subject matter of the invention is elucidated by an example of the embodiment shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a rotary piston pump according to the invention in a longitudinal section according to the line I-I in Fig. 2; Fig. 2 shows a cross-section according to the line II-II of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 shows a section of the suction chamber according to the MMII in Fig. 2 / shown in an exploded view, Fig. 4 shows a partial section according to the line 11 MV of Fig. 2; Fig. 5 »shows a cross-sectional view of a rotary piston pump according to a construction known to date, Fig. 6 shows a diagram of the relationship between the suction pressure and the speed of the pump in different pump designs. »In the housing 1 a cam ring 2 is mounted coaxially with the housing between the end plates 3 and 4. The pin 5 prevents the cam ring 2 and the two end plates 3 and 4 from twisting. In the cam ring 2 there is a cylindrical rotor 7 connected to the drive shaft 6. In the slots of the rotor 7, working sliders or wings 8 are guided radially. A pressure chamber 10 with an outlet opening 11 is formed in the housing 1 between the second end plate 4 and the cover 9. Suction chamber 12 extends in housing 1 axially at the cam ring 2 and has an inlet 13. A flow restricting valve is installed between the outlet 11 and the inlet 13 in a known manner. With an increasing number of revolutions, the part of the pressure medium stream not supplied to the receiver is through this valve and the inlet opening 13 is fed to the suction chamber 12. To simplify the drawing, the flow restriction valve is not shown in the drawing as being particularly irrelevant to the invention itself. The suction chamber 12 has the shape of an incomplete ring and, starting from the inlet opening 13, ends each with two suction pockets 14 and 15, which are located in the 2 front sides of the plates 3 and 4 adjacent to the cam ring. • The suction pockets 14 and 15 are arranged symmetrically in relative to the inlet opening 13. The suction chamber 12 in its axial direction extends beyond the cam ring 2 to the end plates 3 and 4, whereby the pressure medium flows from the suction chamber 12 directly into the suction pockets 14 and 15 and further into the cells 16 formed between the operating slides 8 in the interior of the cam ring 2. The cam ring 2 is coaxially retained in the housing 1 by the centering segment 17 at the inlet opening 13 and by the housing member 18 at the circumference of the cam ring 2, except for the incomplete ring chamber 12 suction. The centering segment 17, as a flow dividing element, has a streamline shape, separates the pressure medium stream emerging from the inlet opening 13 in a non-swirl manner and without any significant loss in pressure leads it to both parts 12A and 12B of the suction chamber 12. The suction chamber 12 has the shape of guide vanes at its ends. The shape 19 of the guide vane joins continuously with the shape of the radially limiting limiting surfaces 20 of the suction pockets 14 and 15 cooperating with the ends of the suction chamber 12 (Fig. 2). At the ends of the two parts 12A and 12B of the suction chamber 12, there are provided in the center of the chamber in the circumferential direction of the cam ring 2 projections 21 or 22 which divide the flow (FIG. 3). With these projections 21 and 22, the pressure medium jets of the portions 12A and 12B of the suction chamber 12 are divided into two partial jets, which are first directed through the width of the cam ring 2 in an axial direction, then the ends of the suction chamber 12 are directed radially through the guiding vanes. towards the suction pockets 14 and 15 and from there to the cells 16 (Fig. 3 and Fig. 4). Fig. 5 shows a rotational cross-section of a piston pump of the type known to date. The suction chamber completely encloses the cam ring. As in the other figures, arrows indicate the direction of flow of the pressure medium. At the entrance to the suction pockets, there are visible vortices that arise as a result of the collision of the pressure medium with the pressure medium column, which is formed in the upper part of the annular chamber. Fig. 61 shows a comparison of the pump according to the invention with that of a known type. The dashed line 23 shows the course of the suction pressure of the pump as a function of the number of revolutions for a pump of a known type. The continuous line 24 characterizing the pump according to the invention clearly shows the gain in pressure in relation to the pressure shown in the dashed line. The profit on pressure increases as the number of revolutions increases. The diagram shown is for an average working pressure of 50 bar. This graph clearly shows the advantages of the invention. Due to the flow-favorable design of the pressure medium from the inlet opening to the pump's suction cells, and above all due to the reduction of the suction chamber to a part of the circumference of the cam ring, pressure losses in the suction zone of the pump are avoided due to the slight turbulence. 90 981 3 the pressure gain method ensures a sufficient filling of the pump, while avoiding the cavitation and harmful noises usually occurring at high speeds and hence associated losses.
