Przedmiotem wynalazku jest stop manganowo-niklowy z dodatkiem chromu, zelaza, olowiu i miedzi,
wykazujacy podatnosc na obróbke i odpornosc na korozje.
Znane dwuskladnikowe stopy manganowo-niklowe o zawartosci od 15 do 40% Ni sa dobrze obrabialne
zarówno na goraco, jak i na zimno, wykazuja jednak mala odpornosc na pokrywanie sie powierzchniowym
nalotem oraz na ogólna korozje w warunkach atmosferycznych i w srodowisku wodnym, jak na przyklad
w wodzie doprowadzanej do lokali mieszkalnych lub w wodzie morskiej.. W tego rodzaju srodowiskach wodnych
stopy te sa równiez w wysokim stopniu podatne na korozje naprezeniowa.
Celem wynalazku jest stop manganowo-niklowy odporny na korozje oraz na powstawanie spekan
w nastepstwie korozji naprezeniowej. Cel wynalazku zostal osiagniety przez to, ze stop zawiera 5 do 20% Ni, 5
do 15% Cr, 30 do 60% Fe, 0 do 2% Pb oraz 0 do 2,5% Cu. Pozostala czesc stanowi mangan w ilosci 18 do 55%,
nie biorac pod uwage zanieczyszczen.

1. Stop manganowo-niklowy, znamienny tym, ze zawiera od 5 do 20% Ni, od 5 do 15% Cr, od 30 do 60% Fe, od 0 do 2% Pb oraz od 0 do 2,5% Cu, przy czym pozostaly skladnik, z wyjatkiem zanieczyszczen, stanowi mangan w ilosci od 18 do 55%.
2. Stop wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze zawiera co najmniej 8% Ni.
3. Stop wedlug zastrz. 1 albo 2, znamienny tym, ze zawiera nie wiecej niz 15% Ni.
4. Stop wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze zawiera co najmniej 8% Cr.
5. Stop wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze zawiera od 35 do 55% Fe.
6. Stop wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze zawiera co najmniej 20% Mn.
7. Stop wedlug zastrz. 1 albo 6, znamienny tym, ze zawiera nie wiecej niz 40% Mn.
8. Stop wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze zawiera od 8 do 12% Ni, od 8 do 12% Cr i od '40 do 50% Fe.
