Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kubek z podkladka w opakowaniu. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac kubka z podkladka w opakowaniu, charakteryzujace sie ornamentem, faktura kubka i ksztaltem opakowania i podkladki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunku, na któiym fig.l przedstawia fotografie opakowania z kubkiem w widoku aksonometrycznym, na fig. 2 pokazano fotografie kubka w widoku aksonometrycznym, a na fig.3 ukazan o podkladke pod kubek. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - opakowanie zawiera kubek i podkladke pod kubek, - opakowanie zawiera na bocznej powierzchni prostokatne otwory dla ekspozycji kubka, przy czym brzeg otworu w górnej czesci wyprofilowany jest w ksztalcie luku, - opakowanie na powierzchni posiada ornament w postaci napisów wykonanych czcionka o róznej wielkosci, polozeniu, kroju, wypelnieniu konturów oraz ornament w postaci elementów obrazowych, - opakowanie w górnej czesci posiada uchwyt do zawieszania, - kubek posiada slabo przezroczysta matowa powierzchnie z umieszczonymi na niej ornamentami w postaci napisów wykonanych czcionka o rózna wielkosci, polozeniu, kroju, wypelnieniu konturów oraz ornament w postaci elementów obrazowych, - kubek posiada ornament o wypelnieniu w postaci przezroczystej, transparentnej powierzchni, - podkladka kubka posiada ksztalt kola z wystepem w miejsce cwiartki kola, któryposiada prostokatne krawedzie zakonczone zaokraglonym wierzcholkiem, - opakowanie kubka, kubek oraz podkladka posiadaja ornament utworzony z napisów okolicznosciowych, imiennych, zodiakalnych lub innych,Fig.1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is a mug with a coaster in its packaging. The essence of the design is a new form of a mug with a coaster in its packaging, characterized by ornamentation, the texture of the mug, and the shape of the packaging and coaster. The industrial design is presented in a drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an axonometric photograph of the packaging with the mug, Fig. 2 shows an axonometric photograph of the mug, and Fig. 3 shows the coaster. Essential features of the industrial design: - the packaging contains a mug and a coaster, - the packaging contains rectangular openings on the side surface for displaying the mug, with the edge of the opening in the upper part being profiled in the shape of an arc, - the packaging has an ornament on the surface in the form of inscriptions in fonts of various sizes, positions, cuts, contour fillings, and an ornament in the form of image elements, - the packaging has a handle in the upper part for hanging, - the mug has a slightly transparent matte surface with ornaments placed on it in the form of inscriptions in fonts of various sizes, positions, cuts, contour fillings, and an ornament in the form of image elements, - the mug has an ornament filled in the form of a transparent, clear surface, - the mug's coaster has a circular shape with a protrusion in place of a quarter circle, which has rectangular edges ending in a rounded top, - the mug packaging, the mug and the coaster have an ornament made up of occasional, name, zodiacal or other inscriptions, Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL
