Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt do recznych narze- dzi budowlanych typu mlotek. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac uchwytu prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, materiale oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok ogólny uchwytu z boku, fig. 1.1 przedstawia widok ogólny uchwytu z góry. Uchwyt ma korpus z tworzywa sztucznego z czescia chwytna i za- czepem mocujacym. Czesc chwytna ma ksztalt zblizony do walca ograni- czony z jednej strony pólkolista powierzchnia, a z drugiej przechodzi w zaczep mocujacy, który ma ksztalt zty(igny do prostopadloscianu i wzdluzny osiowy otwór. Powloka zewnetrza, w czesci blizszej konca,jest wykonana z miekkiego tworzywa sztucznego i tworzy jedna linie z konturem korpusu oraz ma obustronnie poziomo umieszczony element graficzny w postaci kwadratu z umieszczonym wewnatrz trójkatem i napis „Kubala" Uchwyt wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonany z twardego i miekkiego tworzywa sztucznego o róznym zabarwieniu. Cecha istotna uchwytu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze: - ma korpus z tworzywa sztucznego z czescia chwytna I zaczepem mo- cujacym, - czesc chwytna ma ksztalt zblizony do walca ograniczony z jednej strony pólkolista powierzchnia, a z drugiej przechodzi w zaczep mocu- jacy, który ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu i wzdluzny osio- wy otwór, - powloka zewnetrzna w czesci koncowej jest wykonana z miekkiego tworzywa sztucznego i tworzy jedna linie z konturem korpusu, - uchwyt jest wykonany z twardego i miekkiego tworzywa sztucznego o róznym zabarwieniu.Fig. 1.1 Fig. 1 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a handle for hand-held construction tools, such as a hammer. The industrial design represents a new and original form of the handle, manifesting itself in its shape, material, and color scheme. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the handle from the side, and Fig. 1.1 shows a general view of the handle from above. The handle has a plastic body with a gripping part and a mounting hook. The gripping part has a shape similar to a cylinder, limited on one side by a semicircular surface, and on the other it turns into a fastening hook, which has a shape resembling a cuboid and a longitudinal axial hole. The outer coating, in the part closer to the end, is made of soft plastic and forms one line with the contour of the body and has a graphic element placed horizontally on both sides in the form of a square with a triangle placed inside and the inscription "Kubala". The handle according to the industrial design is made of hard and soft plastic of different colors. An important feature of the handle according to the industrial design is that: - it has a plastic body with a gripping part and a fastening hook, - the gripping part has a shape similar to a cylinder, limited on one side by a semicircular surface, and on the other it turns into a fastening hook, which has a shape similar to to the cuboid and a longitudinal axial hole, - the outer shell in the end part is made of soft plastic and forms one line with the contour of the body, - the handle is made of hard and soft plastic of different colors.Fig. 1.1 Fig. 1 PL PL PL
