Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etui okolicznosciowe do na- pojów, zwlaszcza alkoholowych, uprzednio konfekcjonowanych w opakowania jednostkowe. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym ry- sunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem z boku etui wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru, fig. 2 widokiem z boku jego wieczka, a fig. 3 jest widokiem z boku pod- stawki etui wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru, ponadto fig. 4 jest widokiem z boku etui wedlug drugiej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. Etui wedlug pierwszej odmiany jest wzorem dwuelementowym skladajacym sie z podstawki obejmujacej górna krawedzia krawedz dolna wieczka. Podstawka jest bryla obrotowa zlozona z cylindrycznego kolnierza, w czesci górnej przechodzacego lagodnie w przewezenie, i dalej w rozchylona ku górze czasze. Pobocznica czaszy odwzorowuje fragment powierzchni elipsoida. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a side view of the case according to the first design variant, Fig. 2 is a side view of its lid, and Fig. 3 is a side view of the base of the case according to the first design variant. Furthermore, Fig. 4 is a side view of the case according to the second design variant. The case according to the first design variant is a two-component design consisting of a base encompassing the upper edge and the lower edge of the lid. The base is a solid of revolution composed of a cylindrical collar, gently narrowing in its upper part and then flaring upward into a bowl. The side of the bowl replicates a fragment of the surface of an ellipsoid. The outer surface of the hollow lid replicates a fragment of the surface of an egg. The case, according to the second variant, is a two-element design consisting of a base, whose upper edge encloses the lower edge of the lid. The base is a solid of revolution composed of a cylindrical collar, gently narrowing in its upper part and then flaring upward into a bowl. The side of the bowl replicates a fragment of the surface of an ellipsoid. The outer surface of the hollow lid replicates a fragment of the surface of an egg. The surfaces of the base and lid have the texture and pattern of wood grain. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A special occasion case for beverages, especially alcoholic beverages, previously packaged in unit packages, in the form of a base covering the upper edge of the lower edge of the lid, is characterized in that its first variant has the essential features of an industrial design, according to which the base is a solid of revolution composed of a cylindrical collar, in the upper part smoothly passing into a narrowing, and further into a bowl flaring upwards, wherein the side surface of the bowl reproduces a fragment of the surface of an ellipsoid, while the outer surface of the lid, hollow from the inside, reproduces a fragment of the surface of an egg, as shown in figures 1, 2 and 3. 2. A special occasion case for beverages, especially alcoholic beverages, previously packaged in unit packages, in the form of a base covering the upper edge of the lower edge of the lid, is characterized in that its second variant has the essential features of an industrial design, according to which the base is a solid of revolution composed of a cylindrical collar, in the upper part smoothly passing into a narrowing, and further into a bowl flaring upwards, wherein the side surface of the bowl reproduces a fragment of the surface of an ellipsoid, while the outer surface of the lid, hollow from the inside, reproduces a fragment of the surface of an egg, moreover, the surfaces of the base and the lid have the texture and pattern of wood grain, as shown in Figure 4.
