Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest chleb. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w nowej postaci chleba utworzonej poprzez zawarcie w nim wybrania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje chleb z wglebieniem w przekroju, fig. 2 - chleb z wglebieniem w widoku z góiy, fig. 3 - chleb majacy przelotowy otwór w przekroju, fig. 4 - chleb z otworem w widoku z góiy, fig. 5 - chleb z wybraniem przechodzacym w otwór w przekroju, fig. 6 - chleb z wybraniem przechodzacym w otwór w widoku z góiy, fig. 7 - chleb z identyfikatorem na plombie, fig. 8 - chleb z identyfikatorem we wglebieniu, a fig. 9 - chleb z identyfikatorem na powierzchni. Chleb wedlug wzoru przemyslowego o dowolnym ksztalcie zewnetrznym ma wybranie polozone w jego centralnej czesci . Wybranie to moze stanowic wglebienie lub przelotowy otwór albo wglebienie przechodzace w otwór przelotowy. Chleb moze byc pozbawiony numeru identyfikacyjnego tzw. identyfikatora lub moze go posiadac . I wtedy identyfikator moze byc umieszczony na plombie , której pasek przelozony jest przez otwór albo bezposrednio na chlebie-na jego powierzchni lub we wglebieniu . Na identyfikatorze naniesione sa dane dotyczace np. daty i nr wypieku chleba.
